Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

Unhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

@EE Lost my patience with this now. I’m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that you’re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

@EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

@EE help! My EEPerks account needs revalidation. The original email we no longer use and my new email says already in use but when I log in it says Account Deactivated, Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

@EE I waited 25 minutes and when I made staff aware that I was there at 15 minutes past my appointment time, they said basically “so what”. I had to wait in the queue like anyone else. There was only one person in the shop and they did not even go into the office and ask for support

use the net on my old phone still. Excellent customer service from @EE who fixed the problem of my new phone being unable to call anywhere. Will slowly sort my new phone out 1 app at a time once its charged. Family now know im alive and fine. Going to keep resting today.
