@EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

So @EE allowed scammers to order an iPhone and upgrade my contract with nothing but my name and number. Legitimized the scammers by confirming it was EE contacting me. Stated it will take 72 hours to fix my account by which time my account will lapse. Oh and Can't offer a thing

@EE @EE Contacted customer services and they said the only option is to return the phone, cancel the upgrade plan, wait 14 days and then take out a new upgrade with whatever offers they have on at the time & of course they are no longer running the same offers...
