    @EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

    Hi @EE, Service from your mast at Fionnphort/Tormore on the Southwestern tip of the Isle of Mull is absolutely dire. In the last 7 days I’ve had 4 emails to say that there is a problem. This is not good enough. Please don’t bother asking for a DM - it never achieves anything. 🤬

    @EE It is so amazing that we have mobile phone companies improving society by correcting social behaviour. We are so lucky. I wonder when they will get around to improving customer service, answering their phones, making it easier to cancel contracts and reduce prices.

    @VodafoneUK But not even getting 4g for miles on end is still not the service I expect. Especially when friends in the car on other networks such as @EE and @O2 get 4g as a minimum the whole way!

    @EE Please look into your network in Hinckley LE10, every time we had a powercut this Sunday even though it was for a second your mast went down leaving us with no connection! Where is the battery backup? Also the EE signal in the area closest to the A5 is shocking.
