Hey @EE I updated to 200mbps and now get less than when I paid for 100mbps. Can you please help to get back to why I subscribe and promote your service. Thanks.

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

@EE is there a problem with your site. I've been unable to log in all day. Just get an error message . It seems I am not alone.

@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I moved to EE from Vodaphone because of terrible coverage (but that was years ago) and they don't pay any tax
-
Abbie Eaton

Advice welcome! 📱 I’ve been an @ee customer for 10+ years and am due an upgrade at the moment. But researching deals out there looks like @VodafoneUK are the cheapest for the new iPhone 13 Pro… What’s the coverage/service like on Vodafone? Worth a swap?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK My personal phone is EE- hard to fault. My work iPhone is Vodafone- terrible by comparison. Text Info to 85075, and like magic EE retentions will call you and offer to price match.

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion
-
Martin Hopley
(@Mappymappytwit) reported
@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I'm on BT and can't recommend them. The signal in our house is terrible but literally anywhere else is OK for some reason. I was on an O2 pay as you go but I was constantly being called by marketing people trying to sell me a contract which was so annoying and they wouldn't stop!
-
Adrian Johnson
(@bluemanc20) reported
@EE I’ve received a “loyalty offer” where apparently I can upgrade to a selected few phones and plans yet it says I can get this for a Samsung s21 but when you look at plans it still has the full amount of money to upgrade early. Definitely leaving this useless service

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I recently joined Smarty which uses Three network. And got deal so only £3.50 a month. Normally £7 for 8Gb
