@EE Been in the shop felt like I was in a rude boy zone.Shouldn't use probably language brove no brove. I don't understand how you get the best UK service like that. Can't wait for the 9 months to be over. If you don't want my business ther is always someone else out there

@EE The Service at LA220HY is down yet again today. This has been going on since April. The service is appalling. Various reasons given, Promised fixes, apologies,missed deadlines. Awful service

Don't go with @EE guys I've had such an awful experience with them. Overcharges, poor customer service. Still tried to upgrade instore yesterday, was told to make an appointment;- Made an appointment and turned up today to be told they had just sat down with someone else.

@EE My wife lost her phone, We have rang the store where she took out the contract, King Edward St Hull City Centre-10482 300395 They either hang up immediately or wait till you’ve been on the phone for Ages then hang up, this is the only contact number ?

@EE No, your colleagues have attempted to help many many times since April but the problem with the mast serving the area goes on and on, so instead of a DM why not tell your CEO that customers in this area don’t get the service they pay for.
