    @EE @MarcAllera really is about time something can be done about the amount of nuisance calls we get over the network now! Keep blocking on the iPhone but this very annoying now

    I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

    I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    My issue is was there not a big commotion ref the poppy last year @premierleague @AVFCOfficial and now jumping on this band wagon. Sorry there are good & bad in every kind @EE let’s start promoting the good and not the bad @MarcAllera

    @AncientGleek Like most companies, they treat you rubbish right up to the point they think they might lose you. Should give the best service to loyal customers all the time. I was with Orange @EE for 30 years until they took my custom for granted.

    @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the “plus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks

    @SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.

    @EE Apparently you have fixed the roaming issue but Im still not connected. I have tried all the 'help' from your AI but nothing has worked, and then that's the end of the conversation! I have no way of calling anyone. What can I do?

    @Karlski420 @EE It's like their engineers don't test their website... layout shifts, terrible loading states, menu instantly showing without a delay, long loading times, bad animations and the list goes on

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
