    I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    @EE complete joke. Plan increased by 15% 1 month into my contract. The in-app help team are completely useless, feels like talking to a bot even though it’s a human. Joke of a company. Should have left when I had the chance.

    Seems someone has nicked my ID and has arranged to switch my mobile phone network. Apparently they'd rung customers services and been verified. Fortunately, the team @EE are sorting it out for me. Be careful out there, people.

    @EE 1/2 Hi stacey, I'm pretty sure I'm not alone with the force change in #emergencyalert settings that #ee are changing on my phone after restarting it. I simply want to be in control of my phone that I purchased independently from the network.

    @virginmedia KENSINGTON DOWN 5 Days. Using my @EE Hotspot. Can't get through to a HUMAN. Forgot PW etc is one circle. Downloaded App entered Post Code my virgin email I do not use . Please just get me back on 2 failed engineers. Long weekend
