    I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    @EE Four contracts with you, paying over £150 a month. Luckily not tied in to any of them now. Your price increase is ridiculous. I'm far from skint but I'll be ******* you lot off on sheer principle. Stick your service up your arse.

    @EE I took a new contract out recently and was close to leaving for sky I wish I had now after your recent price increases. Wouldn’t be so bad if you threw in @primevideouk or BRITBOX free for 12 months to soften the blow. I may have to look elsewhere when I’m close for renewal.

    @EE @davedavebarlow1 I'm a vulnerable customer who relies on my phone for emergencies and I'm also currently facing financial hardship so how is you putting up your prices protecting people like me exactly? If anything it's putting me in a worse position!

    @cjh15 @EE Been with EE for 27yrs since it was one2one but as of 2 days ago, my son, daughter & I are now with VOXI. It certainly doesn't pay to be a loyal customer does it? Luckily we were all out of contract. Cheaper & also get better signal with VOXI then I ever did with EE so win-win

    @EE please stop sending treats letters to me I have stop being your customer since last year and have spoken to different customer service agent in EE but you kept on send treat letters Please stop it

    @EE @jonjontaylor Ha that’s a laughable response! I contacted EE in the Autumn last year about being worried I couldn’t pay my bill and was told they couldn’t do anything to help. Now you are raising the bill further. You don’t care about loyal or vulnerable customers at all.

    @EE hi am soo happy that customer care was rude to me when I called in for watch they checked my credit score and said am eligible for watch and they told either watch or sim I can take one so I told watch and I wanted to swap my sim here comes the issue first agent txferd my cal
