They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems canβt collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. At 13.17 got a text to say it had been sent. The βbest possible solutionβ is actually listening to customers. Complaints address please.

Weβve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyβve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
