    I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    @EE The issue has been resolved by my bank, card was temporarily blocked until I was able to authorise the payment at the bank this morning. I no longer need help with this

    @EE hope you guys can help my iPhone said no sim installed restart my phone and still the same taken out and still doesn’t work so went onto you app to request a new sim which I picked esim but that’s not working what can I do?

    @EE It's taking you th same time as last year and every day in between, I'd put money on it! It's a shameful way to treat customers. Would you stand in line at customer service desk for twenty minutes? Of course not....
