-
Rich Prowse (@RichProwse) reported from Batheaston, England@EE No it didnt. This is the same albeit slightly modified solution that @GoogleUK suggests. Neither solution has worked. I have also tried a factory reset. I will try a new SIM and let you know what happens!

sand (@Sand26562) reported from Devizes, England@EE what's going on in my area (Devizes Wiltshire) no signal for over a week ,had enough now surely if there's a fault it should be sorted by now hope I'm not going to be charged this month

-
Malcolm Cupis (@EvelKeevil) reported from Keevil, England@Femi_Sorry @EE Hi @EE, I was on Orange since I started using mobile phones and switched to you almost as soon as you took them over. But I will switch service provider immediately if you give in to this fascism. #cherishfreedom
-
Mick Dundee (@imlost187) reported from Malmesbury, England@EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.
-
Andrew Hudson (@ukhack) reported from Bathford, England@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can
-
NP (@Philli89) reported from Chippenham, EnglandNo mobile provider in the uk covers themselves in much glory but @EE are the absolute worst. Honestly the provide you with online deals that you actually cannot obtain, just money scamming bastards
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gerry D (@gdennigan) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You’ve obviously never tried to work on the TGV from Paris to Nancy or the Deutsche-Bahn equivalent from Paris to Frankfurt?
-
Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
-
Dexter Morgan VI (@DextersDesciple) reported@EE anyone else think their website and app is garbage. Rarely ever works. Was thinking of moving my broadband to them but can’t be arsed now
-
Richard Bentall #FBPE @richardbentall.bsky.social (@RichardBentall) reported@Gmcswineyyy @EE This is the worst I've come across for a long while. I am actually quite shocked about how I've been communicated with by their complaints team.
-
Pete Searle (@PeterSe38295412) reported@EE Excellent customer service!!! Yeah right. Im sure the ombudsman will be interested to know how you guys treat your customers
-
Margaret Newbery (@mege09) reported@EE We are still getting texts saying there is a problem at the moment every day - which is not good enough and very frustrating as we can’t do much on our phones !!
-
Johnny Mac (@JohnMac19059272) reported@EE Thank you for sending a newer improved router but why is it so hard sending the old one back. Qr code not working and now got to try the post office tomorrow.
-
Chloe 🪐🫧⚡️🪩✨ (@Chloe_DEathx) reported@EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the “plus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks
-
Clint Sookermany (@ClintNorDD) reported@_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
-
Fred (@fred6279) reported@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.
