  @PhilSheaS @lungsatwork I got a crappy phone with a £5 a month GiffGaff sim for a job I recently did with non-resident on call...100% worth it - switched off when not at work, never had to give randoms at other hosps my personal No & no dodgy calls OOH or when not at work!   @giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

  @SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

  @toddbridgland @giffgaff Same thing happened to me. I topped up £15 of credit and realised I needed to buy a goodie bag, then I did. £12.. then after an hr I get a message saying both goody bag and credits was down to 0 but both amount came out of my account.

  @councillorjoe If it's any help, I currently use 1 month renewal deals with GiffGaff(O2) and Smarty (3), both are cheap and excellent. Smarty actually credit the next months purchase for any unused Data and allow several SIMs to use the same deal! I'm not on Commission!

  @giffgaff Are we able to check that he actually received the top ups and how they were spent. It seems like all the credit was spent. I can't believe he went through £50 in 4 days. Any help you can offer would be awesome. I can give you his phone number, username etc if needed.
