Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.
-
DJ Rowland Samuel (@djrowsam) reported from Paddington, England@MissyMissyJ I had a similar problem....but it was with Giffgaff (who use the O2 network as well)

Karen Reekie (@catskidschaos) reported from Richmond, EnglandIf you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

jenny vaughan (@DrJennyVaughan) reported from Hammersmith, England@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.
-

Gareth Kirk (@GarethTheNerd) reported@mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)
-
SMPT (@SMPT799053) reported@Woody3704 @crip72012 @hewantswealth Giffgaff uses the O2 network
-
✨ Song✨🇵🇸 (@WhiteFlowerSong) reported@giffgaff Hello I have a question, what is the reason for closing accounts when they haven't been logged into online if they're still paying the contract? A lot of elderly people can't do all this online portal thing, and you've got absolutely no phone numbers for help???
-
DOBO (@LouisDobo) reported@giffgaff Please help me out before I join another company...
-
Emily Lay (@emsywemsy10) reported@giffgaff The call number says there is an issue and doesn’t work. And the number to text isn’t working either.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@KielyFergus Our agents will then get back to you via email as soon as possible to go through account verification to help access the account. - giffgaff Ann 2/2

jake scrivens (@JakeMUFCSceptic) reported@giffgaff voicemail doesn't work in the u.s.a. They lie and tell you it does, but it doesn’t. Switch it off before you travel.
-
Garfield StJohnSmyth (@MittArmstrong) reported@giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

Jason (@jasoneccles) reported@thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a “less bars” than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.
