You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

I should’ve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. Mark Mordecai (@mmordecai) reported@giffgaff I am still paying off my refurbished IPhone 14 and the camera is no longer working, have tried lots of different things, apparently it’s a known issue and when I run the serial number through Apple website, they said it has previously been sorted for this

Fred (@fred6279) reported@cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.
