@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@PhilSheaS @lungsatwork I got a crappy phone with a £5 a month GiffGaff sim for a job I recently did with non-resident on call...100% worth it - switched off when not at work, never had to give randoms at other hosps my personal No & no dodgy calls OOH or when not at work! @giffgaff Don't know how since the reception/network has been appalling since yesterday morning. How can you take people's money and give crap network in return! Your customer service agents don't even respond to messages. I just purchased another goodybag and want my money back.
