    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK absolute dire service at Balham, South London. I withdrew large sum a few weeks back with driving licence as photo evidence, today I want to withdraw half the amount that I did last time and they wouldn’t accommodate. They don’t even know their own complaint process

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for making it almost impossible to open a child’s savings account. Weeks waiting for verification email which never came. Phone call to you and told taking his passport to branch is fine. Get to branch to be told we need to have child with us too.
