@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

@PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken Stay calm next time. I have been quizzed in the past too and usually the first transaction to an exchange is always blocked and possibly account access revoked. But after quizzing they open the facility for me and never close it.
