@HSBC_UK worst bank ever? Account goes into review and stop all my direct debits from coming out. Had you not been the money launderer go to bank.. maybe not you wouldn’t need to come down so heavy handed on people for no reason.

Having a frustrating experience @HSBC_UK adding a signatory to a church account when existing sig. is 86 and not internet savvy. Been told branch no longer offers meetings to sort things out and he must use website. Going in circles & having to consider moving banks. Any advice?

Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

Today I spent 5+hrs trying to log onto my @HSBC_UK account. I asked for help, didn’t receive any, and when I asked Why?, they closed the chat! Knowing my Secure Key wasn’t working, asked for codes generated by it?! Tomorrow I go in to quit. They’ll prob tell me to do it online…

Hello @HSBC_UK I am a blind customer and I can no longer add a new payee using your app, as the button to select whether it's a business account is no longer accessible using a screen reader on my phone. Please can you sort this out as I'd like to be able to access banking.
