    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK twice your customer team assured me someone would call to discuss my premier banking application. No calls. Made the application on aug 24th and just keep getting told to wait. On the 24th I was told this would take up to 10 days. Why is it so hard to open an account??

    Never been so frustrated by a helpline! @HSBC_UK your helplines are rubbish. Been on hold for 20 minutes and no response. Tried online help and that didn’t send code and the your chat told me to ring! All I want is an activation code to set up banking app on my new phone!

    @HSBC_UK currently been on hold for 25 mins. That’s after trying to close an account for 20 mins online. Receive a letter on 15/9 saying all will be automatic. In fact you have just frozen it & now I can’t speak to anyone. We don’t have a branch within 30 mins anymore. Help

    @HSBC_UK I've been on the phone over an hour and a half without being seen to, to ublock a card, as an advance customer. I've also requested my son's online banking code to open his account 7 times now. Shocking customer service!!!!!!

    @HSBC_UK service beyond poor. Transferring a large sum of money took over 4 days !!money left my account but not arrived the other end . Feeling like HSBC kidnapped my money .Scandalous service in a digital age . … do not bank with HSBC #hsbc #worstcustomerservice
