@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@jacquep @LloydsBank It seems to me the only reason is her French sounding surname. Any other British citizen wd have ONLY ONE passport anyway, so why ask a Dual citizen for both. Also Colin, it doesn’t sound it is std policy but down to the discretion of your colleague. Not a good look change bank!

@jacquep @LloydsBank Banks are weird. Daughter had issue and took her drivers license for id and they said need passport. Luckily she has one, but it has the identical photo as the license, because she used her passport id to get the license.

@LloydsBank I hung up because I can’t wait for who knows how long. I had just signed up and tried to transfer money and it kept denying the transfer and after a few tries it suspended the login.

@LloydsBank The last 3 times I have called it tells me it will be over an hour before someone answers. I can’t hold for over an hour and I am very concerned about something on my account. If you are gong to close banks then please have a replacement service in place.

@LloydsBank What is the problem with Lloyds Bank. Every time I log in online I get this STUPID Cookies Consent window appear on the screen. I clear history regularly so it comes up every time I log in. Now very fed up with this, I DON'T get this with any other bank, so why with Lloyds.
