    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

    In some shock concerning my experience with @LloydsBank today, it was beyond a nightmare. What is wrong with their systems? Started calling them at 4 and finally resolved the immediate issue just after 7pm and 9 or 10 calls (2 of which were cut off). Pheww.... #CustomerServiceNot

    @LloydsBank That’s who I have been dealing with since October and I’m no further forward. I can’t bear to wait yet another 25 minutes on hold for someone not to be able to help. A relationship manager was supposed to call me but nothing.?

    Lloyds Bank. Trying to update additional cardholder details. Can't do it online. Wrong phone number on website. Half hour wait. Redirected. 10 minute wait. Told can't do it on phone - need 'higher level of security'. Need to go into branch. Pathetic. Get a grip guys. #lloydsbank

    Hi @LloydsBank - you frequently block my card transactions and account transfers for absolutely no good reason whatsoever. This is your last chance or you leave me no alternative to undertake the pain of moving to a new bank.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Wait until the Internet shut down as predicted by the WEF. No credit card transactions, no ATMs, no longer any bank branches to draw cash, supply chain fail, no wages and worst of all, people won't be able to post what they had for lunch.

    @LloydsBank shocking service in Cheltenham branch today !Made to feel like a criminal trying to send some one money. Put through to a fraud team that don’t answel! Was in there over 45 mins and still no money sent and now I’ve got to ring them myself I even though I was in branch

    19:07. My issue with @LloydsBank is resolved. Took 9/10? phone calls. I began at 16:00. I was given wrong information, the systems didn't work & was put on hold & cut off twice. You couldn't make it up. Basic stuff just doesn't work properly anymore & it's so hard to get through.
