    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    I’m on a call from @LloydsBank fraud department. They spotted something potentially suspicious. System is working. But they put me automatically on hold without me speaking to a human. And I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes. THEY CALLED ME!

    @Eluned_Parrott @LloydsBank Same with any provider of just about any service. If you want to report a fault, you'll wait ages. If you want to know something about your account, same. Even if you want to discuss a new deal, you'll have to wait. If you say you're going to leave = straight through.

    @AmazonUK have just advised me that the planned exclusion of Visa card transactions will not now take place. Seems like a global, big-player face-down has worked. While many of us were waiting, we looked around & clinched better deals on latest branded @MastercardUK @LloydsBank

    The mess @axainsurance had made with their customers from @LloydsBank is unbeilable. I got an automatic response from someone who didn’t even bother to look into my claim and see I’m STILL a customer as paid for an upgrade. Phone team impossible to reach. Can someone help?
