@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

@LloydsBank Pls help. I can’t get through on the phone, my local branch only open 10-3 & I’m at work, not open Sat. My card expired, I ordered new one 2 wks ago but hasn’t arrived. For weeks I can’t access my money or use my card. Impossible to contact anyone. Pls help.

@LloydsBank It’s not the sellers issue. It’s a Lloyds issue. Why can my card not make a purchase like any other card on first attempt when clearly in funds. The point being Lloyds decline the payment not the seller.

@AskCurve @LloydsBank @imaginecurve Of course that ignores the GDPR compliance issue where you ask the public to contact retailers, take on faith that I am legit, and that someone who’s not me carried out fraud. I’m sure that PCI-DSS compliance would mean they won’t be retaining card details to search

@LloydsBank Hi Laura, I've only discussed with the fraud dept. But they were insistent that my account was now suspended and that the only way for me to regain access was to jump on plane and visit a UK branch (as there's no branch in my residency country)

@LloydsBank This is yet another irritation in the endless saga of problems with Lloyds online banking. There's a page within your online banking called "What's new in online banking" but I'd guess that most customers don't need 'new' features, they just want basic reliability and stability.
