Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@Cryptoking @Cobratate @LloydsBank They do this all the time - no investigation and charges required - just ideas and rumors. JUST getting on their radar can be a problem. They are "private institutions" lol and they literally own your deposits. Wealthy people have been dealing with this for a VERY long time.
