    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank you are beyond awful. I have been with you for 30 years and this is the final straw. 12 days and still no replacement bank card. I’m taking this to the banking ombudsman. I will be moving all my accounts to Sterling Bank.

    @LloydsBank you are awful. 12 days and still no replacement debit card. I will be taking this to the banking ombudsman. Time to move my accounts to a better bank, Sterling Bank and put my business finances in a safer place.

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    Your app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the laborious steps we have to take. Updating accounts like PayPal etc should be automatic?! Technically this should be possible??

    @LloydsBank You know exactly what the problem is. You need to report to your bosses that people aren’t happy that their a/c names have been changed. Only in the app can you name your accounts. I’ve got 4 accounts & all have the same name now. Not good enough!

    @SirPuppetPaul @LloydsBank I have no idea. Why a bank would want to make its systems more difficult to use is beyond me. It's annoying enough that I can also see my Halifax and BOS accounts when I log in. The website is just a confusing mess now.

    @LloydsBank I'm getting the same message as most people "Sorry we're having a few technical issues". I reported it weeks ago and was told it was a known issue. I have a complaint in now because I've not been able to use it for 4 weeks.

    @DottyBekki @LloydsBank Agreed. I'll send in a complaint too. Removing a feature that made banking easier is completely backwards. Been with Lloyds since 2002, but all these changes help no-one.

    @LloydsBank hi, called at 5.50pm to reset log-on to be told that your opening hours are 8am to 6pm and nobody could help. That's not very good service!
