    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank After answering all the questions she confirmed that the problem is sorted, yes, it was working in the first place but then again after not even 24 hours I’m having the same issue. Seriously this is frustrating, I have to pay a debt!!!!
