@SBarrettBar The so called "glitch" of @LloydsBank was A HACK and they're covering it up. You can't "glitch" to show someone else's account in a database.

  • barry5pies
    Sheryl 🇺🇦🌻💙💛 (@barry5pies) reported

@LloydsBank bloody AI. I need reassurance from an actual human that my current MasterCard card will keep working until I get home to the replacement Visa card…or not. I’m away at the moment & have no access to the new card that’s ’on the way’

  • ArturNadol7566
    Artur Nadolny (@ArturNadol7566) reported

LLOYDS APP SHAMBLES @LloydsBank managed to turn online banking into a raffle where nearly half a million customers got a peek at someone else’s finances. Open the app to check your balance, leave with a stranger’s transactions, account details and national insurance number. Just the sort of premium service that really says trusted high street institution. The bank says an overnight software defect caused the chaos, which is a way of admitting someone fiddled with the wiring and half the country briefly thought their money had gone on a car they never bought. Customers were left panicked, confused and wondering whether they’d been hacked. Lloyds responded with goodwill payments averaging about £38 each, which apparently is now the going rate for accidental identity.. This is the magic of modern banking. Total convenience right up until your app starts freelancing as someone else’s wallet. The regulators are now circling, the bank is very sorry, and the rest of us are once again being asked to trust the same people who cannot update software without turning basic banking into a national farce. @LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

  • TommyYorkshire
    Tommy 🔴 ⚪️ 🐻 ⚽️ (@TommyYorkshire) reported

@LloydsBank Is there an issue paying with card this evening?? Every time I try and pay it keeps declining my payment but get a notification saying it's "Pending"?

  • tcumminsap
The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported

@LloydsBank I mean it was a complaint that because increasing frustrating because somebody was pasting answers to me from a crib sheet. A fast pass to showing customers you’re not understanding the nuances of the situation your insecure bank caused and causing them to lose their temper. It was even suggested I contact @OnlyFans - and so there you Go - they’re tagged. Let’s see if effectively a porn site - or a site used to shake men down - has better scruples that @LloydsBank. I’d actually enjoy writing that piece.

  • Cheeks1594
    Charlotte Overmire (@Cheeks1594) reported

@LloydsBank I saw 4 different peoples transactions, which also had outgoing details including names? How is this not a security issue. And also you can use location on these transactions to which one of them was local to my area?

  • jatroa
    Jatroa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jatroa) reported

@LloydsBank Don’t be silly Lloyd’s has never had any sort of glitch and refuses to investigate glitch complaints.

  • DarthFuzz
    🇾🇪 (@DarthFuzz) reported

@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Keep scrolling down on that page you were on. It’s the App, and it’s nothing new, Biometrics have been used in it for years - it was Touch ID and now Face ID

  • jatroa
    Jatroa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jatroa) reported

@LloydsBank No thanks... thinking of moving after 50 years, Lloyds doesn't seem as secure as it was and doesn't investigate genuine complaints. "It has a glitch" "No it doesn't ...so we won't investigate". Then has one.
