@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank But your website says you have to first switch to a sole account and then make an appointment at a branch to change it to a joint account. It would be much easier if I can switch a joint account straight to a joint account with lloyds!

It’s pretty much impossible to switch an account to @LloydsBank, given endless system bugs and no customer service callback on grounds of .. what precisely?. High St banking looks ripe to app-only challengers.
