@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Because my bank keeps closing our local branches, I set up an appointment at @LloydsBank to open an account with them... only to find out today that they're closing their branch down in January. So hoping the guy on the phone cancelled the appointment for me!
