    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank Internet banking is down and you can’t be reached on the phone at all! I need to make an urgent payment transfer! Can someone explain to me what’s going on with your internet banking? Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @SimonBoyle87 @LloydsBank Don’t even start me with them - 30 years I’ve been with them over 30 million through their accounts & they treat you like **** - if it wasn’t for the instability I’d have left by now - they are absolutely horrendous.

    Absolutely livid! 😡 It seems that at sometime in the past @LloydsBank has removed one of my names from my account and now won’t accept a cheque made payable to me! Never had that problem before and have held that account for over 40 years.

    Dreadful customer service @LloydsBank. Been a customer since 1993, all I want to do is make a change to one of my accounts. Phone lines apparently all busy, app-based live chat operators can’t do what I want and the app says there’s an error when I try and change the account.

    Just had a telephone call with @LloydsBank owned Black Horse finance, which has to rank as the rudest, most unhelpful, aggressive call I have ever had with a customer services handler. And from a company I have paid thousands of pounds to. Charming.

    @LloydsBank My grandma was scammed inside your Aylesbury branch at the ATM a month ago. Since then she was told three more people have been scammed inside the same branch. Clearly this is an issue with lack of staffing in the branch, what can be done to resolve this?
