Not a great experience

You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

NatWest got bailed out in the financial crisis so think that is a counter to your argument without the state it wouldnt exist and shareholders would have got nothing. Also industries like rail and water just can’t be made competitive. I can’t get Scot’s rail when I want to get a train in london or use Thames water in Leeds cos I don’t want to use Yorkshire water. I am 100% capitalist and set up multiple companies from scratch and employed a bunch of people but it doesn’t work for everything. Also the best rail companies in the world are state owned and many state owned foreign companies bought up many of the companies thatcher sold off. So that makes no sense anyway

It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it. It’s certainly not just the shareholders that lose out, if Brown had let Natwest collapse they would have had to insure £2 trillion of customer deposits, something tells me that might have cost more than a bailout.
