  • XBerts

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling service today at NatWest telephone banking. Have been waiting for over one hour to get a replacement card. Get transferred to random people and now cut off! WTF !!

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • Wattsit01
Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

  • mikestockwell
Michael Stockwell (@mikestockwell) reported from City of London, England

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

  • XBerts
Bert (@XBerts) reported from Camberwell, England

  • ME8803076435
ME88 (@ME8803076435) reported from City of London, England

This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

  • Eiphel
    Felicia Barker (@Eiphel) reported

My phone is bricked. I cannot buy a new one because Natwest will not authorise payments without my phone. I cannot use someone else's phone because if you change your number they disable all new devices for three days. I have no way to access any money.

  • Faye_Corgasm
    Carrooollliiiiine 🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺 (@Faye_Corgasm) reported

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen, the problem is, that the staff member entered a sort code for Santander (who I have never banked with). Do you suggest I contact Santander, NatWest or the issuer of the cheque (HMRC)?

  • zafarmir6
    zafar mir (@zafarmir6) reported

@NatWest_Help @Stallulah2 NATWEST had no grounds whatsoever to deny me access to MY MONEY. What on earth is the world coming to when a genuine law abiding individual who works for a living pays thousands in VAT & TAX to HMRC is then subject to being denied access to his own money. I am utterly disgusted

  • ooccnb
out of context ᶜᶦᵗᵃᵗᶦᵒⁿ ⁿᵉᵉᵈᵉᵈ 🤖 (@ooccnb) reported

NatWest reintroduced the mobile service in Cornwall in 2005, after HSBC ended its own version due to costs.

  • Dr_Rutherford
    Anna Rutherford (@Dr_Rutherford) reported

@mostin Feel your pain. We have spent weeks of time this year on the phone to NatWest, just trying to keep our account open to us. ‘Computer Says No’ seems to be across every service & system post-covid.

  • natalyadell
    Natalya Dell (@natalyadell) reported

I eventually read out www CC-Company dot com slash accessibility website URL which literally said they encouraged deaf customers to use Relay UK. *silence* Then: Grovelling apologies & several minutes of whittering about "NatWest touch-type system" (Minicom or actually Relay UK).

  • TaiwanAbroad
    North Taiwan Archaeology (@TaiwanAbroad) reported

Lengthy exchange with Natwest Help boils down to local law in country of residence (China it appears, as Taiwan is termed 'Province of China' in Natwest printed letters) being the reason for closing accounts of UK residents in Taiwan. Disappointed @NatWestGroup @NatWestBusiness

  • darrellmaclaine
    Darrell Maclaine 🇺🇦 (@darrellmaclaine) reported

"When they decided on Qatar Should have checked the VAR What a foul, so bizarre" There you go, @Baddiel & @FrankOnTheRadio - I'm giving you seven days or I'm sending Joe Lycett back down to Natwest.

  • emsmua82517
    EMSxMUA (@emsmua82517) reported

@monzo Is this for real that I have to POST a ****** cheque to pay it into my account? It's 2022 & you claim to be a modern bank but I have to POST it? **** right off, it's going into NatWest & this is why I can never use you for my main banking. Ridiculous.

  • SneakyBear1987
    Rob (@SneakyBear1987) reported

@NatWest_Help I'm getting fed up with getting text messages claiming to be from you. They come up as NatWest. Claiming I've spent such and such and has a code. I'm not a customer of NatWest but using my number.
