There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

  This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

  @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  @Chris_Skinner I tried to sell RBS, Natwest, Barclay and others accounting bolt on when I was back in London 20 years ago and their replies were, why should we do that and my reply was, this way you can get warnings if your customer is close to running on empty and proactively offer lifelines!

  . @Barclays Bank Caerphilly is an absolute shambles. People queuing around the block, staff ambling around like they just don't care. 20 minutes in the queue so far. Time to change banks methinks. (I can see both NatWest and Lloyd's - no queues there!

  @SteveWritesTech Maybe so actually. I had to jump through hoops for the barcalays account but since I got it I’ve not had one problem with them. Maybe 8 years or so now I’ve had no issues. Hbos similar. NatWest 🤮

  @RBS_Help Hi. I need a telephone number for a team in RBS that will deal with charges placed on a property from an old defaulted loan. I know NatWest have a customer facing legal team for this, we need the RBS equivalent as well, it’s not listed anywhere on the website.
