    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    @O2 your customer service is woeful. Iv taken an extra day at work today to get some money on for Christmas and you’ve cut my phone off to do an investigation? Had to pull over twice to ring you only to be put on hold then cut off, won’t be getting home to my kids tonight now😡

    @swlondonraised @O2 I’ve had an issue ongoing via the Ombudsman for about 2 years. They have reopened my case 3 times because o2 have not implemented any action despite saying they would. I’ve received over £400 in comp. via the Ombudsman and it’s still not sorted. Best of luck dealing with them.

    @swlondonraised @O2 Because their security is terrible, I’ve had an ongoing issue since 8th August. Several complaint emails to just about everyone, months of phone calls & they treat victims like criminals. I switched provider and they threatened debt recovery agency again due to their negligence
