@O2 I have sent the Dm. I have scored the customer satisfaction survey I have been sent as very dissatisfied across the board. I have asked for a call back from someone in head office. I will escalate to the ombudsman if this isnt resolved by Thursday

@O2 Help! I got a new tarrif with you where you sent a new sim. I spoke to an agent online who swapped it all over and cancelled my old one but suddenly it appears to have changed itself back and now people are getting texts from the number I don’t want! Live chat isn’t working.
