@2bard @intueldonsquare @northumbriapol You're right in normal circumstances, however my phone signal keeps cutting out while @O2 are upgrading to 5G, last week a man had a seizure in front of me and I was getting repeatedly disconnected from the emergency services while trying to get an ambulance.

@O2 so… appalling service, no signal abroad, no signal at home… thought I might try to refresh my phone but it turns out that I can’t because last year there was a delay in getting my phone to me so my usual refresh date in October has been pushed back til November!

@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

My husband & I have been with @O2 for 15 years plus. Can’t believe the terrible service after using them & O2 recycle. 10 phone calls later no further forward. Kept phone & no money. Disgusting 😡

@O2 I was supposed to get a free upgrade every 12 months but your "problems with supply" last year meant that I didn't get my new phone for over a month after I requested it, so my refresh date is a month later, which pushes it past my annual christmas trip. It's a farce.

@O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

You’re rolling out 5G when Newcastle doesn’t even have basic coverage, I have a 50GB contract with you and barely manage to use 2GB a month due to lack of signal/searching for free Wifi @O2

are you for real @O2 , I ring to cancel a contract and get told to ring on the day of last bill, I do that and you still charge me for an extra month. I signed up for a 24 month contract not a 25 month one. @MartinSLewis

@O2 how to I go with returning a contract without being charged the rest of the bill.I have rung your payment team who have failed to ring me back due to my card payment not being accepted but took my money for up front fees. I’ve been cut of now even tho the issue is on your end
