Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
