    I feel like throwing my iPhone and Apple Watch out the ******* window 6 weeks my problem has been going on and all you tell me is I will have another update in a week and proceed to tell me you rang me yesterday liesssssss sort it or I am moving Vodafone @O2

    @craigrookleeds @O2 Well I'm on 3 and my contract ends tomorrow. I got another phone the other day on 02 but when I put the sim in I've got no network lol. I've asked to swap my number to 02 so I'll see if I get a network tomorrow

    The problem with @O2 marketing messages will always be that my reaction to them is to swear at my phone and say ‘It’s not even possible for me to have used up my data yet’. And then I don’t read them. #ThoughtOfTheDay #TuesdayThoughts

    Think it’s time to go to @ThreeUK well over a decade with @O2 / @o2businessuk and they not really fussed about loyalty, customer service. The line used ‘it is what it is’ when I spoke to them about my contract options. 😂😂

    @O2 was meant to swap my number over to you guys from 3 network but you haven't!!! So that means I'm still running two phone contracts! My 3 contract ended on monday!! They wont cancel my contract until the number swap is done !! Please help!

    Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

    @oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

    @O2 shocking service from o2 in Wilmslow. 5 new handsets through business and a few can’t be processed due to error. Assured error would be corrected today, it was but then it wasn’t. Messed up my morning yesterday, afternoon today and still two missing handsets.

    @O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

    @o2. You just cut me off. Monday, you've used 80% of your data. Ok, 6 days to go. Fine. Thursday, cut off. Time to change provider, after many years. Really piss poor service.

    @O2 do pay as you go sims not have access to myo2 now or something. Never worked for weeks now I can’t even log in on the website. Not happy. Glad I ended my contract now for this awful service or should I say lack of service.
