@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

@O2 due a phone call from an engineer looking into my account at the very latest today. Rang in, lost signal, advisor had to call me back. Still nothing but yet bet you’ll take payment on time for poor service

So @O2 after spending Over 2 hours talking to 5 service representatives, explaining the issue probably 10 times, being cut off 3 times and requesting a manager call back (still waiting)…. I am no nearer resolving the issue that you caused! #CustomerService #poor #noretention
