Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

@O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

Hiya @O2 i am still unable to make calls. its 5th day today, you promised Tuesday the bar was lifted, but here i am unable to make phone calls. It's your issue, and now i am entitled to compensation for not being able to use my phone.

@virginmedia @O2 I have recently yes. Even received a replacement sim card and purchased a new phone in the meantime and the issues are still intermittently persisting. I'm hoping it may just be disruption from upgrades!

Never going to get @georgeezra tickets. @O2 priority is pointless as both they and Ticketmaster had no tickets the second they went on sale so not sure how anyone got them. Good news though, they are on sale on @viagogo for a great price of £676 per ticket. Absolutely shocking

@iD_Mobile_UK is definitely the worst mobile network I've come across so far. Delayed phone lines, robotic customer service and devices that bug out. The prices they offer - £21 was a deal, or so i thought. Can't wait to finish with this contract and move back to @O2.
