    @O2 how can you sell a phone, take the money then tell the customer its not in stock and not tell them when it will be? Absolute disgrace of a company. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke.

    Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

    @O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

Now imagine that’s the only way you can actually pay the bill and O2 force you onto a promise to pay to restore service, tell you that you must pay, and it’s still not fixed! (Long story.     @O2 @ee Does O2 have problems in GL51? My iPhone 13 shows 5G and 4 bars but NOTHING works (e.g. X, WhatsApp). My wife’s EE iPhone 13 works perfectly there … comments/advice please.

    @Char_Tutton @AmazonUK Yes I can. @O2 They left me without a working phone for 2 months. Even sent my broken phone to their repair centre and it came back still broken. Cancelled my direct debit mid contract and they sent debt collectors after me. I still didnt pay them
