@O2 shocking service from o2 in Wilmslow. 5 new handsets through business and a few can’t be processed due to error. Assured error would be corrected today, it was but then it wasn’t. Messed up my morning yesterday, afternoon today and still two missing handsets.

@O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

@O2 well you already know app and website not working for at least 2 days. Just called 202. I got an automated response that told me (whilst I was talking and selecting my option), “due to no response this call is disconnecting” and then I was cut off. Losing patience…

@O2 I just activated my pay as you go service pack for £15 and it was supposed to be 30GB of data, but my balance is showing 15GB when I text 20202. Is there anything I need to do for the bonus data?? The SIM card mail shows the 30 GB inside it
