James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?
-
Josh Deegan (@Josh_Deegan) reported from Manchester, England@O2 has less than 20 mins to sort their app out. Come on guys, this is so bad

It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.
-
Marcus 🇬🇧✊🏾 (@elgobsucram) reported from Manchester, EnglandAlways good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of
