    @O2 I phoned and the woman I spoke with said the amount showing in 'usage cost' was my overall bill as opposed to being in addition to what was showed under 'handset cost' which I've never know to be the case before. Is this correct?

    So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    @rachtwins1 @O2 Have a look at Sky Mobile, same signal but far better for customers, roll data upto 3 years, chop and change plans, swap phones, watch sky go without using the data. Loads of benefits!

    @O2 No that’s ok I probably need help switching to a different supplier. It should not take 3 hours to sort an upgrade and not be told the correct information. Terrible way to treat customers who have been with you for years

    @O2 took out a contract, cancelled within 14 days. Got charged £195. Spoke to your representatives twice over the phone & have been told that this would be resolved. Now getting emails/txt saying that a late payment charge will be added to the amount. How do I make a complaint?

    Just had the worst experience speaking to @o2 Never had so much attitude from someone in customer service before. A customer for over 10 years and basically treating me like something on the bottom of his shoe!
