Niamh Spurle (@niamhs90) reported@O2 adding a load of extra steps to get into my account to pay my bill is driving me mad. Paying full price for a service that was down for over 3 months is more annoying.
-
Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reportedDoes anyone know the rules of @O2’s 4G/5G game? I can see the signal, but apparently that’s not enough to unlock internet access…
-
Paul Ormerod (@PaulOrmerod5) reportedStay well clear of of @O2 there deals look good on paper but if it comes to even the slightest issue you will be passed around a team of people who couldn’t tie a shoe lace let alone deal with a loyal customer who has been with them since 2012….absolute joke
-
MAMY🍄 (@Savanagirl) reported@O2 I have sent a message too for the same issue
-
Gale (@gaeilicgal) reported@O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.
-
mark callow (@markcallow10) reported@fiyero @O2 They probably can’t get their own signal
-
A house of Music. (@mydogisthebiz) reportedIs it just me or is 5G signal worse than 4G? Reception for voice calls is shockingly poor and getting worse in the Craigavon area @O2
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedLooks like it's Ombudsman time this evening @O2. Two of them in fact. Can't speak to anyone at O2 as English is not their first language, totally unacceptable! No refund means the problem was never resolved! All you do is lie and I have the proof! #evidenceforombudsman

John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reportedWhy does @O2 make it so hard to be a good customer? Yesterday, due to terrible service, and for them going to my bank for a DD I did not owe, I received compensation of £50. Today, they threatened to cut my services and report me to Debt Collection Agencies. They sent me SMS and an email, yet apparently, the £30 compensation they offered today, I can not have because I had the maximum compensation yesterday for another matter.
