    @O2 1/2 You’ve been ‘busier than usual’ for as long as I can remember! Yet all you do is reduce more and more services! O2 customer service is absolutely pathetic! I won’t be renewing my contract with you when it’s up for renewal I can promise that!

    @O2 From what I can remember as it was a while ago when I first got the tariff, it was via a link provided to me in store with a code. At the time it said it had worked but looking at my bills it’s never seem to have been added.

    Hey @O2 Why has the mobile internet signal in my area been so poor the last three days that I’ve been unable to stream any movies or upload videos to YouTube? In the last two months I’ve had more drop outs on mobile data than I ever had with Three Mobile over three years.

    @O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

    @O2 so!! No one is taking responsibilty for a brand new phone with a scratch/hairline crack. Been trying to talk to some one since getting the phone. This is the worst customer service i have ever had. On the phone just now & getting 3rd degree questioning!! Shocking
