    @Jazzlouisejones @SkyHelpTeam @O2 Well I had an email confirmation after I signed the new credit agreement but the first text was the one I got advising of the delay. I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

    @atomicape99 @O2 The t&c’s state they don’t guarantee a connect all the time, be nice most of the time though!! Using my location, service page says good 2,3,4G, but status page says masts get busy (better term than congested). So how do u deliver a good service on congested mast?

    @robdawn12 @O2 It’s terrible so over the place, I’m fed up with being lied to, fed up with paying nearly £40 for a terrible service. I am therefore telling people to retweet complaints using BBCWatchdog WhichUk and ofcom tags. Let’s get someone to listen.

    Last week, I decided to switch my mobile phone provider to @O2 which turns out was a terrible idea. I haven't had any network since last Friday 12 Aug because they can't switch my number over. I've spent the last 5 days trying to sort this out. More in thread
