@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

Hey @O2 who can I talk to about unlocking a phone. I've paid up and out of contact. Online form says no because of too many attempts ( no idea what my customer service code was) but I have all my account details.

When I renew, @virginmedia offer free AirPods with some plans and @O2 do the same! So much for customer loyalty, they just want more and more money! 🤬

There is always some kind of problem with my @O2 order. Its even more frustrating seeing on here people have just walked into the store and been able to collect the phone without the relevant email saying its ready to collect. How do they know they are distributing the right

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

Been a loyal customer of @O2 for 20 years, never missed a payment and paid off many devices. Went in store to treat myself to the new Apple Watch and for absolutely no reason, they wanted £300 conditional deposit that I’d get back in 3 months…what? Got one with EE instead. 😚

@O2 I find it absolutely appalling that I have reported being a victim of fraud over a month ago and O2 have failed to investigate it. They are content to ruin my credit score for the fraudsters who took out 2 phones in my name but not quick to fix it
