    If it wasn't for all the free benefits I got with @O2 Priority, I'd ditch them. Their #CustomerService is abysmal. It's like being in some weird kind of abusive relationship: "we'll treat you like **** but give you lots of free stuff so you'll want to stay with us" 🙄😡

    (1/3) Sad to say that @O2 are now trying to charge me for a service never used, when I cancelled a mis-sold contract within the 14-day cooling-off period. Almost two months later they're now saying they're going to charge me a late payment fee, plus the bill...

    @O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

    (2/4) ...from @o2 dated TWO DAYS after the issue was, I was told, cleared up. A call to #O2 #AccessForYou this afternoon shows the issue is cleared up and the letters are auto-generated because payments can take up to 48hrs to register with O2...

    @O2 @Apple my iPhone 12 became faulty and is under two years old and was delivered as part of a 3 year contract. Apple store looked and said o2 as retailer were obligated to repair as less than 2 years as per consumer law. However my care asking for over 500 quid? Help?
