Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

@O2 After being an O2 customer for over 20 years I cannot believe how abysmal your customer service has turned into. So much so that I terminated my contract recently. Today I attempted to contact your on line service regarding returning a phone but yet again received no reply 😑
