I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!
