    @O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

    @HayleyJ87 @O2 If it’s a direct debit Falkland your bank, cancel it and ask them to do an indemnity claim If it’s a card payment tell them you want their disputes team to take it up with O2. They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

    @O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

    @O2 It seems to be ok at the moment. Unfortunately they rely on a data sim and mifi for their Wi-fi so the link doesn’t help.

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    @O2 @virginmedia @Virgin CEO Lutz Schueler Deadlock letter has now been received although it completely does not address my actual complaint and the reported resolution is factually incorrect. Just shows the total lack of respect shown to a 20 year loyal customer

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2
