    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @O2 None of your support pages are fixing me the answers I need, and there are no network issues. I would like to be able to speak with an actual person about why I’m suddenly not able to send texts.

    @O2 your customer service is appalling, just spent over an hour making a basic change to an existing number on my account, spoke to 3 different people, language barriers, poor lines, system errors. "Switch without the hassle"???? #wasteoftime

    PLUS @O2 I am not receiving any standard messages. All of the above makes doing business pretty hard. @o2businessuk - one week of being with you, no WiFi calling and no signal, no voicemail and no texts. Ridiculous.

    @O2 Hi, I've been having issues where signal goes to Emergency Calls Only, and lose connection to mobile data. When phone restarts it's fine again, but happens frequently, 2 or 3 times a week. Please assist.
