They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

Kevin (@1kevin010) reported@george_s32 @O2 There has been quite a few people with this issue George, I got the same error 3 times, I was asked to wait 2-3 hours, other people were asked to wait 35 mins then try again. Mine went through on the 4th attempt ! Hang in there
