    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 I live at ST6 4BD. My internet to my desktop has been on/off/on/off multiple times a minute! For 3 days now! This was very inconvenient when I had to send an important, and lengthy, email earlier on - it just disappeared because the internet cut out! I know my internet is cutting

    Is anyone else having problems getting to someone at @O2? I've been trying to get in contact with them and three times now just as I mention my problem the phone cuts off.

    @NajmaMathsTutor @O2 @virginmedia We ordered an upgrade on the 17/12/22 and have not received it! They have no issue charging us for the device ever since though 🤬

    @O2 Ah yes, an article that does’nt tell me anything. Seems like what you are investing in is a bit of a waste as the coverage is awful. O2 launched 5G in 2019 and it’s no better now

    @joelycett Hi Joe, are there any plans for a new series of Got Your Back? I have a very serious complaint about @o2 and their treatment of long term customers. Their appalling Customer Services and horrendous waiting times. We are paying for a phone we have never rec’d 🤬
