I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

They've since not learnt their lesson before they were fined by ofcom. Companies like @O2 need to learn they've broken the law and they have been caught
