@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@Chrissyd27 @O2 Stock issues happen. I think a change @O2 could look at implementing is a live stock status when it comes to online sales though, in the same way most retailers do.

@O2 Yes that is where I got the info that the mast was faulty. "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it."Been like this for 24 hrs now, where is engineer?

@O2 The main point is my wife was lied too as the assistant said it would be next day delivery then that all changed after the deal was concluded. Would you find this acceptable?or proper customer service?

@inbetweeters @O2 We all in same boat it seems.. but completely lied to me, happy to let me start a new contract, but not happy to deliver phone when they said, I was told 2 weeks, its over 2 weeks now and customer services was useless, they said they didn't know, and u get no email updates at all
