I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

They’ve been “fixing” a mast near me for weeks, keep giving completion dates and it’s never fixed and then they send out new alerts with new completion dates and again never fixed. I’m not asking for a complete refund just money off my bills bc why tf am I paying £73 a month for no service @O2
