    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    @andrew_gorner @O2 my mrs sent me a message to say there is problems reported. tried calling her and it took ages to get through, line wasn’t all that clear either.

    Yesterday, I had three direct debits fail, I do not keep funds in my current account used for DDs, and transfer it 36 hours before the due date from a reserve account. Each failure has cost me £12 in bank charges, so thirty-six pounds, because @O2 only showed one account due in MyO2 App, the others said paid. So I had no prior warning of the DD or bills. To give @O2 due credit, they have refunded my £36, and admitted the error, but the point is that it took it took 2 hrs 42 minutes to resolve. and 1 hr 19 minutes of that was completely wasted on web/chatbot.

    @O2 Can you fix your upgrade system in your app? It asks me to Verify myself by following an email link, when returning to the app it loses the upgrade window and I have to start all over again. If I follow the link on a different device I then get prompted for a txt code 1/2

    hey @O2 tried contact through social media as asked but no replies. Waited an hour on app to speak to someone to ask one question and then be told they have left the chat and my conversation over. Now told I will need to wait another hour for someone to reconnect. Why so poor?

    Mad now as well you go into the @O2 shop for help & they only help the poor staff can now give is ring up the number you could ring from home

    @O2 Since my phone has and it’s new SIM card I have NO data! Despite paying for it! I have called the helpline3 times after being held on the line last time for 25 mins before speaking with someone the phone cut off! Went to o2 shop no help at all. What can I do?

    @O2 @_Twi_O2hlp yet again a communications company who promised that their teams would communicate with me have failed to communicate with me like their colleague yesterday have the no means of communication . Yet can contact external agency. Terrible customer service

    @O2 why is this account still open if you have so many system limitations and don't answer any questions? People don't always have Facebook and Instagram accounts! Service from O2 is dreadful

    Awful @O2 service in the Reigate RH2 area - I thought the service should be getting better, not worse?!
