    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 doesn’t care about vulnerability of their customers! I had a 7 minute seizure today couldn’t call for help as they have disconnected me AGAIN could have caused brain damage to me

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    @O2 The system doesn't work full stop been on hold to customr service for 20 minutes no answer yet yo talk about a promotion you did with Samsung where I havent received a code. Which happens every damn tine you do tje promotion because call centre operators steal codes and sell them

    Is there a worse customer service than @O2 , my account was hacked last Tuesday, they’ve blocked everything while they investigate, I’ve had zero communication and everytime I call I basically end up having the same conversation, avoid them at all costs!!

    @O2 You dont do system upgrades on a Sunday. You make sure you have the staff to answer calls and you dont keep people waiting for an answer for 45 minutes. End of. No excuse 1/10 service appalling

    @virginmedia @O2 Don't know how long it's been like it, mostly a lose of connection. Even the *#10# dial code is broken. Having to sign in to My O2 suddenly the verification required a certificate install, while I've managed to now gain access to My O2 the sub menus are lose of connection. 🤷
