@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@O2 Hi, I'm in the USA roaming, was told by O2 when calling a local number in the USA to enter the number as shown. This does not work and not a phone issue. Was told by O2 to reset network settings but this will reset WiFi settings too. Please advise.

@O2 no signal. On phone with your colleagues via different number. Great to see you get people in SA to work for problems in the UK. However it be great that they call back on the number as promised. Rather than me wasting 31 mins get hung up to do a test and no call for 2 hrs

Currently on the phone with @O2 40 minutes and 4 people in 4 departments in. All I want to know is the price to cancel the contract. And they have the cheek to ask why? Cannot wait to be out of this. Will not be coming back

@imragurt @O2 Absolutely disgraceful!! This has happened to me this week. I received 2 default notices saying i owe money. I pay DD on time. Called O2 said they pass it in to fraud department. Read bad reviews in forum so I’m worried. Very dodgy, I think alot of these are inside jobs 🤬🤬
