  @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

  @O2 I need idata bolt on to get back visual voicemail on iPhone 12 Pro. I just can’t see how to do that. My visual voicemail worked fine until a couple of weeks ago and I really use it. Please help! Thanks

  Got to be said that @Apple and @O2 are quite awful at sorting out my broken phone insurance claim. They passed the buck in all six times to each other today and not even begun to even sort issue...I pay insurance for what? No replacement phone and have to buy a new one #fuming
