    @andrew_gorner @O2 my mrs sent me a message to say there is problems reported. tried calling her and it took ages to get through, line wasn’t all that clear either.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 any ideas on when signal will be restored in Haslemere - my mobile is my work Phone and pretty much three days of no signal isn’t helpful

    @O2 @O2 You already know what you have done, There is no escaping the defrauding charges, because someone once an early termination fee for £100 Cell Phone, And £21 a month bill. Your in trouble.

    I’m trying to cancel D+ but @O2 appears to have collapsed. Can’t get into ‘Your extras’ at all. This is immensely irritating

    After 20yrs with @O2 I was reluctant to leave. But their customer advisors sealed the deal with their appalling attitude. Still not having 100% decided, I requested my pac code just in case. Result...@O2 have cut me off immediately without notice! Disgusting!

    @TheFCA The company @O2 need to be investigated before i bring Defrauding charges against them for early termination contracts. They've since not learnt their lesson before they were fined by ofcom. Companies like @O2 need to learn they've broken the law and they have been caught
