@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@O2 this is the worst customer service experience I think I have ever had. Unbelievable. No communication at all and nobody knows where my new phone is in the universe. And they can’t seem to solve the problem for nearly a week. Just get me a new phone that I’ve paid for.
