    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @O2 @02 19minutes on hold to be then cut off. Repeatedly text the number to get the pac code & get the “issue” response back. What’s the issue?

    @virginmedia You can follow your own complaints practice by actually coming back to me within the time frame given. Still no contact from you. I will just go to OfCom with my complaint. They will be interested to know how you are scamming your customers into @o2 contracts.

    @o2 you are a disgrace. £16!!! For being in the USA. I’ve not used data text or calls. REALLY?!! Over 10+ years of loyalty. If you don’t refund me I will change to @VodafoneUK !!! This is why I hate my network! 🥺😩🥺😩🥺

    @O2 when are you going to resolve the issue is Pulborough where lots of people can't receive or make calls for the past 2 or 3 weeks. Time & time again you say there's no problems with the network and tell us to sort settings but it still doesn't work.Other areas we can make 1/2
