    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    Good Afternoon @O2 I have attempted to contact you several times today each time being cut off from your automated service and live web chat. 4 hours of trying in order just to set a spend cap that I’d initially asked for anyway. Utterly disgusting customer service

    @O2 ever since I switched from a 4G SIM to a 5G SIM, my signal is shocking at home. I don't have 5G in my area and even when I turn 5G off, I'm only getting one bar of signal, calls constantly drop. Can I switch back to a 4G SIM? #Help
