@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

So @o2 after a week of no signal at home and an email saying the issue has been resolved I find that I am still incommunicado with regards my mobile. Will it ever be repaired? Or should I change networks?

Is there any point to 4G+. As soon as my normal 4G flicks to 4G+ my phone goes to absolute ****. Is this an @O2 problem or do other network users suffer the same.
