@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

Hey @O2 Why has the mobile internet signal in my area been so poor the last three days that I’ve been unable to stream any movies or upload videos to YouTube? In the last two months I’ve had more drop outs on mobile data than I ever had with Three Mobile over three years.

@o2 customer for 8 years, just spent 13 mins on chat, that was just to get past security questions then another 8 mins to ask for o2 switch up to be taken off my account, then put though to a dedicated team who say I dont have it, app clearly says I do, nah. Adios o2
