@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

@O2 Thanks. I’ve had acc access issues today and I think it’s to do with the fraud case ongoing. Can you please ensure I won’t pay £75 on 5th August as it’s still looks like I will pay it. Several chats with o2 said this will not happen but although promised by o2 nothing in ✍🏻

@O2 hi! I placed a order for a pay monthly tablet last Tuesday, but the order got cancelled, I was told the £20 up front payment would be back in my account within a day or two but still no sign of it, any help with this would be great thanks!

@O2 I’ve come to you guys from Three to leave pour customer service. I wish I had stayed! I’ve transferred my number to you and somehow you’ve deactivated my eSIM! And can’t provide me with service for 2 - 3 days. No data, no phone no nothing! Completely unacceptable

@O2 If I say “yes” on a public forum, it’ll just confirm my stupidity but there’s so much more to this story. My concern is the speed at which the order was processed (probably while I was on the phone reporting the scam) but the inability to cancel it by two O2 CS reps.
