@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

Almost 24 hours after it went tits up, @O2 still hasn’t fixed the #Priority app. ******* useless. Not everyone wants Peter Kay tickets but all users are being inconvenienced because of that one demand on the service.
