    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    Finally get logged into the @o2 priority app and there are no events showing (of any description) for tickets. So poor - it was obvious that demand for @peterkay_co_uk was going to be high, but they can’t cope!?!

    @katie_louise_b @O2 I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and have been thinking about leaving O2 for a while, mainly because they are one of the most expensive. This is really making me think about it now. Don’t use my benefits that much anyway and then can’t use them when I want to!
