    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @sparrowlegs77 @O2 They said if I chose to collect from the shop, I could collect it the same day, after 30 minutes of ordering. So, with a broken phone, this seemed like a good option. It's been a week and they keep saying "it is on its way", when it clearly isn't.

    How I am supposed to use your services @O2 if no one in your Customer Support is able to update my full address including the flat number? I’m ordering products and nothing gets delivered as I cannot select the correct address on your platform.

    @O2 Lets see if you manage to contact back on an issue raised 10 days ago, then 7 and 5 days ago, and got your response on a message yesterday that you would contact me today - but have yet failed to do so. The other people must be first in line with an issue from over 11 days ago

    My mobile was hacked 24/09, I reported it to @O2 26/09. Was told the fraud team would ring me in 5 working days. It’s the 8th day now, still no phone and still can’t use my mobile. I’ve been with o2 since the BT Cellnet days. Unacceptable customer service, o2 days are numbered.

    @O2 I’ve just been informed by the @O2 shop that my phone won’t be delivered, as they’ve moving shop, so therefore aren’t accepting any more deliveries. They said they don’t know when deliveries will start up again. Another day, another **** interaction with O2.
