I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful
