@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@O2 help me out. Can't connect to your network on a new sim card. Been on and off for the phone and on hold. One of your agents put the phone down on me also.

@o2 my mobile data is not working on my iphone, the 4g sign is not showing as it normally does It can receive & make calls but the mobile data is not working, I tried figuring out on the app with the network but it just says about the mast & I newly joined to o2. Disappointing

I am so disappointed with your service, @O2. We are not a large company so it won’t affect you much, but you can be sure contracts with your service will not be renewed. Waste of time and total lack of flexibility for something that I’m pretty sure should be straightforward.

If there’s one thing you can guarantee about @O2 in Southampton is that the 4G reception is beyond poor! You get better 4G in remote areas of Scotland.

@O2 Me and brother currently having issues accessing mobile internet whilst roaming in France bother IPhone XR. Other family both iPhones unaffected. Tried a few troubleshooting tips online but stumped now.
