@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@O2 You are an absolute disgrace and a total let-down to your customers. Please explain how you could sell out this presale when no-one could access it. I tried for 10 hours yesterday, and then again after a break. This sold out while Priority was "unavailable". Complete farce.

@O2 I hope you’re going to have a review of how your app/website failed I’d checked the previous day and I had my account and was logged in, all day yesterday it responded with various http server errors, and now today it just has me going through an endless registration loop!
