    Been on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    No Thanks to the @O2 store in #Harrogate, for lying through their teeth to my aunt, that it was not possible to remove sim from her mobile. Too lazy to help her with phone calls dropping on handset she bought from them. #WTAF. Terrible ageism at work.

    Dear @virginmedia @O2. I have virgin broadband and o2 mobile contract but somehow volt is still not activated. Address should be the same and made sure email address is the same as well. Your help would be appreciated.

    @O2 Phone mast in my area has been down since 7pm Saturday. Haven't been able to make/receive calls or texts as it says no SIM. Been unable to speak to anyone on web chat to find out when it will be fixed.
