    Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

    Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

    @O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

    @O2 Already with o2 for my mobile and they are brilliant. This was for MiFi, someone recommended three but the signal is terrible. Waste of money.

    Is anyone else on @O2 finding that since the @virginmedia team up the service is horrendous, has taken my partner seven weeks to get their account unlocked, no it’s been unlocked. They can’t pay their bill due to an insecure website issue and too many redirects.

    @O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    @o2businessuk @O2 are there intermittent issues with your data services today? I changed tariffs yesterday, taking a new contract and now today my data signal has been pretty much non existent for most of the day! Coincidence or not?
