@O2 customer service is the worst - transferring me to the sales team knowing they’re closed to fix an error that’s theirs. Can’t wait to change providers - pathetic

  • Hayeley
Hayley (@Hayeley) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

  • kdhanz
KD Hansford (@kdhanz) reported from Mountain Ash, Wales

@EE I'm fed up of your network in aberdare. It hasn't worked tidy for months and I have two contracts with you. Please sort it out or I'm leaving to @VodafoneUK or @O2

  • Garethbird85

@O2 can someone from customer service contact me please

  • jamcole88
🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

  • STJonesx
S T Jones (@STJonesx) reported from Alway, Wales

3rd week of no signal and @O2 in absolute NO rush to fix the issue. Can’t wait to cancel my contract this week 🥳

@O2 hi, i am a UK customer, can I use my data in New York as normal? Or will I need to add a bolt on?

  • BigDogWrestler
Big Dog (@BigDogWrestler) reported from Newport, Wales

@Annabanana8008 @virginmedia I feel for you, if @O2 and @virginmedia do merge, I'm leaving at the earliest opportunity. @virginmedia leave me a little cold and with no confidence as a customer.

  • nathanbarrett76
Nathan Barrett (@nathanbarrett76) reported from Usk, Wales

@O2 absolute joke customer services give me the unlock code I have paid for my phone and you are with holding the code so I can't activate my new sim

  • sarlpar
Sarah (@sarlpar) reported from Henllys, Wales

@O2 your coverage in the Cwmbran area NP44 is shocking, no end of people on O2 post about the poor signal especially around the Llanyrafon and Henllys/TyCanol area. When we ask about if there are any signal issues we’re told there’s not, Vodafone, EE and 3 work prefect. 😖

  • cymboi
MH 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺 #yescymru (@cymboi) reported from Victoria, Wales

@O2 How is that great value for a customer, when a sim only package is £30, yet its £35 when you purchase it with a phone?

  • sarlpar
Sarah (@sarlpar) reported from Henllys, Wales

@O2 It’s been going on for months, I have friends dotted around NP44 and they all struggle making phone calls as they keep dropping out, it’s not something new it’s an ongoing issue. I’d change if I wasn’t tied in and I think you’ll find other would too if they could. So frustrating

  • jamcole88
🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

@SkyHelpTeam @O2 why is the network signal so poor/non existant in Cwmbran NP44

  • Taxiboi3583
Adam Smith #BlackLivesMatter (@Taxiboi3583) reported from Beechwood, Wales

@O2 Totally ignored my actual question, do I get a rebate on my bill if I experience technical issues?

  • stuomac88
Stuart Maclean (@stuomac88) reported from Abertillery, Wales

@O2 supposed to have had a bill credit applied to my account due to mast issues. Can you check this for me as still not showing on my o2?

  • AdamLee2011
Adam Lee (@AdamLee2011) reported from Newport, Wales

@O2 Already with o2 for my mobile and they are brilliant. This was for MiFi, someone recommended three but the signal is terrible. Waste of money.

  • pwilliamsevents
Paul Williams Events (@pwilliamsevents) reported from Tongwynlais, Wales

Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

  • uncriticalsimon
Simon 💉💉💉🐉 (@uncriticalsimon) reported from Newport, Wales

@jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

  • TweetterRoss
Ross Maisey (@TweetterRoss) reported from Church Village, Wales

@O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

  • daunce4thstreet
Garry Dauncey (@daunce4thstreet) reported from Pontypridd, Wales

Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

  • HAHarveyAuthor
    HollyAHarvey Author (@HAHarveyAuthor) reported

Had to move from @O2 due to terrible local service/not getting texts when they're sent - they've charged me £25 for the privilege of moving to a provider who *will* let me communicate via text. 🙄

  • darrenmk
    Darren 🏎️🏁 (@darrenmk) reported

@O2 Your app has turned into **** since you became part of Virgin, try to see my balance and it's always sends me an email link to click, never did this before, and it doesn't even take me to the balance. It's so obvious two systems failing to talk, ironic for a comms company

  • DeeBrow47820756
    Dee Brown (@DeeBrow47820756) reported

@O2 @jonesy73 The merger combined O2's mobile network with Virgin Media's broadband business to create a major integrated communications provider in the UK." Must be nice to earn so much from pensioners. £60 a month for a 2 year old phone.

  • alwaysshaw1
    Robert Shaw (@alwaysshaw1) reported

@O2 I always have issues and I’ve made so many complaints and they seem to never go anywhere. I can wait to leave you for good! #O2ARECRAP

  • GCycles1
It Will Get Better (@GCycles1) reported

Congratulations to @O2 for having the worst App experience I’ve had for a long time and the least flexible plans around. I have three phone numbers with a combined monthly data of 120gb yet I cannot share that data across the three plans.

  • rcmnsotp
    Rcmnsotp (@rcmnsotp) reported

@O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

  • londonwalther
    Walt (@londonwalther) reported

@O2 I ordered an iPhone in February - received a fake plastic device and have spent 8 hours over 10 calls with the support team to try to resolve this with no luck. Absolutely terrible service from O2 ! Day 36 #day36 #o2customerservice
