    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia I feel for you, if @O2 and @virginmedia do merge, I'm leaving at the earliest opportunity. @virginmedia leave me a little cold and with no confidence as a customer.

    @O2 No signal for two , now on the third day , all your help lines etc are busy , no support or help , not the best customer service but you will still take my money , not impressed at all

    Hi @O2 as youโ€™re aware Iโ€™ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay ยฃ60 a month for a phone I canโ€™t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and itโ€™s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesnโ€™t allow me to use the internet.

    @O2 Already with o2 for my mobile and they are brilliant. This was for MiFi, someone recommended three but the signal is terrible. Waste of money.

    @jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

    Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If itโ€™s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

    Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

    @TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it ๐Ÿ‘Œ

    @O2 After 25 years as a customer, Iโ€™ve discovered the hardest part isnโ€™t getting a mobile signal- itโ€™s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.

    @Jonny_Ham @O2 I was the same. With them since Cellnet but I gave up 3 years ago as it was getting worse and worse. Went with EE and never looked back, miles better
