@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

  • CJLittlemore Callum James Littlemore 🔶 (@CJLittlemore) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@O2 I woke up this morning to find I’ve been totally cut off. I can’t make calls, send texts or use my mobile data. All of this is kinda important for my work as I’m self employed - I can’t call your customer service line to see what the issue is. Can you look into it please.

  • StephenADwyer The Dwyer Identify (F) (@StephenADwyer) reported from Caerleon, Wales

@O2 No signal for two , now on the third day , all your help lines etc are busy , no support or help , not the best customer service but you will still take my money , not impressed at all

  • daunce4thstreet Garry Dauncey (@daunce4thstreet) reported from Pontypridd, Wales

Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

  • pwilliamsevents Paul Williams Events (@pwilliamsevents) reported from Tongwynlais, Wales

@jolilford @O2 Your kidding me!!! I have contacted customer services 3 or 4 times. Shocking service

  • callumcrowley Callum Crowley (@callumcrowley) reported from Liswerry, Wales

@O2 customer service is the worst - transferring me to the sales team knowing they’re closed to fix an error that’s theirs. Can’t wait to change providers - pathetic

  • gingio Shane (@gingio) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@jgfoxy @O2 @ThreeUK Good choice! I love being with 3 and find my signal is much better than that on my work phone which is o2.

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

  • bethanjane22 Beth (@bethanjane22) reported from Cardiff, Wales

When I renew, @virginmedia offer free AirPods with some plans and @O2 do the same! So much for customer loyalty, they just want more and more money! 🤬

  • callumcrowley Callum Crowley (@callumcrowley) reported from Liswerry, Wales

  • jamieriddell Jamie Riddell (@jamieriddell) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Hey @O2 who can I talk to about unlocking a phone. I've paid up and out of contact. Online form says no because of too many attempts ( no idea what my customer service code was) but I have all my account details.

  • pwilliamsevents Paul Williams Events (@pwilliamsevents) reported from Tongwynlais, Wales

Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

  • BradChanner Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

  • HywelButcher Hywel Butcher (@HywelButcher) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Top tip - don’t join @O2 - incompetent and useless! First no 4G, now no signal or data at all 🤯

  • staceyjhubbard Stacey J Hubbard 🐧 (@staceyjhubbard) reported from Cardiff, Wales

There is always some kind of problem with my @O2 order. Its even more frustrating seeing on here people have just walked into the store and been able to collect the phone without the relevant email saying its ready to collect. How do they know they are distributing the right

  • novahob 🔵⚪🔴novahob🏒🎮 (@novahob) reported

@O2 seriously what's going on with the S10 security updates?! It's more becoming a joke! Last update was March 2021 security patch. We're nearly into June and still nothing for April or May. @SamsungUK can you shed any light on this problem, as a company you promised updates?

  • helloiammariam mariam⁷ is not here (@helloiammariam) reported

@almaraabgarian @O2 I don't even want to speak to them at the moment with how stressed I feel having spent almost an hour and half in store and the manager refused to help cause of an error made by o2 customer service. He told me I should complain haha.

  • Tiffers1973 Tiffers (@Tiffers1973) reported

@O2 No they rang your customer services

  • iainmhepburn Iain Hepburn (@iainmhepburn) reported

@O2 It’s the automated ‘your NI has been suspended by the crime agency’ ones. Every single time for days now. Every time I block one, it’s a different number the next time. Uncanny how it’s happened as soon as I moved to your network.

  • JustJMH James (@JustJMH) reported

@PureGym, I can’t seem to get the @O2 WiFi login screen to appear when I connect to your gyms network. Can either of you help? No page comes up in the browser to login.

  • Lorrain22506971 Lorraine Price (@Lorrain22506971) reported

@RevRichardColes @O2 I tend to press nothing until they say, "I'm sorry. I seem to be having trouble with this call. I'll put you through to an adviser".

  • TeslaReferralU1 TeslaReferralUK (@TeslaReferralU1) reported

Warning to any potential @O2 customers looking to sign up on the basis of their coverage map indicating good signal where you live. If it turns out that you don’t get a good signal after all, O2 response is pretty much “tough”. Drop-out in most calls. :-(

  • libertyloo1 Liberty Amos (@libertyloo1) reported

@O2 how do I talk to somebody that knows what they are talking about ? Customer service is shocking

  • SeaSpaniel SeaSpaniel (@SeaSpaniel) reported

@knt981 @O2 @RevRichardColes Looks like O2 called Richard and the problem was solved
