    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 Just checked. AT&T was the only one it registered with but calls still don't work. I think it was connected to AT&T anyway but just for data. 2 other people have DM'd me since I tweeted this having the same problem and someone else in my hotel has too. All with 02 from UK.

    @O2 Good morning O2, we have arrived on holiday in Greece and after switching to O2 we don’t seems to have any Roaming data. Reset phone’s Network Settings, tried all 3 available networks and nothing.. Can we DM you for someone to check the right switches have Ben flicked please?
