Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Absolutely unbelievable

We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

But still not receiving calls or texts on my ported number. When people call it doesn't go through. Lebara say number only half ported? Can someone help please?

Now they e-mail me saying they've revised the offer to £30.80 due to "screen burn" even though the phone is in perfect condition. Scam.
