If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!

Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone. The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St James’s is poor and has always been. Maybe it’s just geography
