    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    @O2 I need support with my network, I’ve tried everything that the website says, my calls won’t connect and when they do the sound is cracking and poor. Most of people trying to call me can never get through either. This has been happening for months now

    @O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

    @O2 one of the worst company's for lack of customer care! Been having an ongoing billing issue , being billed for a fraudulent account for 2 months now ! Still waiting on fraud team contacting me , meanwhile I'm continuing to be charged for 2 accounts one of which isn't mine !

    @O2 can you explain why I pay you £50 a month and I can’t even make or receive calls because of some “mast being Down” it’s beyond a joke now ! you haven’t addressed the problem and I can’t seem to even physically speak to anyone at o2 because you aren’t answering!! Disgusted

    @O2 I recently took O2 connection, which I want to cancel within 14 days. My call to customer Center has been maliciously dropped 4 times. Could you suggest alternate way to cancel o2 sim only contract?

    @O2 come on #O2 I swapped back partly because last time I was with you your customer service was great.. now I can’t get through on 202 or get an online chat and even Twitter messages go silent for days! The PAC code was sent a week ago!! What is going on!!

    @O2 why does your header say open till 10pm but trying to call cancellations says 8pm? Please don't insult me with one of your pre-prepared messages saying you're busier than usual. If you don't allow customers to cancel then you're in breach of the contract.

    @O2 That's not the issue, the issue is getting fobbed off no matter what number I press in the options or what I say to the automated voice. I got nowhere! Unless you go through the fraud team which I had too in the end after trying for 4 hrs! Not good customer service at all!
