    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 Why do we never learn about ticket sales. It’s the same every single time. High demand, websites crashes, then they appear on resale website for 2-3 times the price! Think its time we really looked at a way of doing this better!
