@O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

@O2 Yes I know, but when I go to activate it, the message says can’t have it as virgin BB not available in my area, but have had virgin BB for years, I hear this is a common problem with your website
