I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

Do you have a known issue, a lack of cell towers or something? We’ve been half a dozen times this year and it’s always the same on 3 different phones.

Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!
