    @O2 I've spent 10+ hours on the phone to o2 customer service trying to get my phone unlatched. o2 have now disconnected my service so I can't even make calls. Every time I phone o2 they say it'll be resolved in 72 hours. It's nearly a month since I first made the request.

    🤬🤬 anyone else have massive issues with @O2 customer service? Every agent tells me something different and non of them understand anything I say. They make me rage to a point I didn’t even know I could get to
