    @altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

    Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

    I suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.

    .@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

    The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

    Seriously considering leaving @O2 Terrible service! I bought a dongle from them, was told by an in-store assistant to call o2 to cancel agreement and I can't get through for love nor money. Eventually i selected 'lost my phone' and when i eventually got through they hung up!!

    @O2 Hi 02, its been a week now and still no phone after have put in a claim. I need to travel. You shold give me another Samsung if this is out of stock. Appalling! O2 are very good at taking my money though!! I want to cancel my contract with yo after 17yrs!

    @O2 I cancelled a new phone contract on 27/7. Still appearing on my account & money still being taken. Customer services so unhelpful. 3 people spoken to so far and 2+ weeks later still not resolved. Appalling customer service. Been with O2 for 15years. No longer.

    @O2 Thanks, I don't open them and I've forwarded them all to 7726. I've had messages from 16 different numbers over the past few weeks. As soon as I block one, a different number is used. If these numbers are on your network, then please investigate them. They are driving me mad

    @O2 are by far the worst mobile provider I have ever had to deal with. I've had my phone cut off last week for absolutely no reason, and after a week of calling their helpline (and getting temporary solutions), it still keeps happening. Who do I need to talk to to solve this?!?

    @SamsungUK @A1CommsLtd @O2 Cannot begin to describe how exhausted I am trying to deal with the poor customer service provided by these three companies. All in relation to a simple phone and network contract order. From lies to incompetence. Lots of apologies but nothing changes.
