@altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

@O2 My wife has been waiting for her phone number to be ported over to her new O2 sim for a week now. 5 or 6 calls, 3 live chats, still nothing. Old network sim has stopped working so she has lost access to any calls, texts, voicemails that could be coming to that number (1/2)

All done. Switched from @ThreeUK to @O2 after ten years as Three can't tell me when the signal issues will be fixed. New sim should arrive this week, until then send a carrier pigeon if you need to reach me!

Pretty bad customer service by @O2. Upgraded to the #TeamPixel 7 Pro after being told I could get a free Pixel watch if I did. Then told after the sale that I didn't purchase it within the promo period so I can't get it! Staff in the shop unwilling to help.
