sarah hunter (@sarahhunter25) reported from Durham, England.@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.
-
sarah hunter (@sarahhunter25) reported from Durham, England@altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

Andrew Willis (@ilovefluffy) reported from Sunderland Bridge, EnglandThe speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.
-

Paul Frampton (@headcoverlova) reported from Bearpark, England@O2 really bad customer service to offer a free streaming service a lot of families could use right now only for new customers. Other networks offering free services for all customers. Make me think you don’t value loyal customers at all

-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedIf your phone doesn’t ring and can’t send messages because of zero signal for two years. When you want to leave should you pay the “early exit fee” ?? @MartinSLewis ? Because trying to talk to @O2 about it is made extremely stressful by their “system”.
-
Steve Dower (@zooba) reported@willmcgugan @O2 Doesn't sound any worse than any of the rest of them, tbh. Call their line to cancel your service, then tell them exactly what you need in order to not cancel and you'll probably get it. That line is the real customer service.
-
PUNK SQUAD (@PUNKSQUADcom) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Left them for Smarty earlier in year. Bill went from £24 and shite service to £8 20 Years A Customer and nothing from them.

Phil M Taylor (@Phil_Taylor_4) reported@kokeshimum @O2 The whole of UK telecoms is way behind many other developed parts of the world. Everyone has 5G capable gadgets but our networks are generally not up to 5G. More and more devices are connecting so speeds are not keeping up to demand. It’s very very poor.
-
Ian Aitch (@mankian4783) reported@kokeshimum @O2 02 is awful. Joined 3 network years ago. Miles better
-
R⚽️y Kent (@PolishBadger) reported@kokeshimum @O2 o2 is total overpriced garbage. Been with them for 20 years because they convinced me somehow alternatives are even worse. Happily binned them this year and switched.
-
John Sabian (@GymItalian83) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I think it’s most of the UK. I’m on EE and the network used to be good, but the last few years it’s been poor
-
𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reportedWhat is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
