    @O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

    @virginmedia @O2 your volt supercharge is a con! Why has my virgin media bill doubled and I’m being charged for making changes to my bill, none of this was mentioned to me this is a breach of contract im not paying almost £100 just cancel my package if that’s the case

    Does anyone use @vodafone in the Northumberland area? Is it any good? I'm currently on @O2 but looking to switch networks as O2 are being extremely greedy with large price hikes on their already expensive network.

    @O2 doorstep phone swap arranged for yesterday as sons I phone 6 days old and faulty , email confirmation saying it would be by 10.30 ! FAmily Waited in all day nothing arrived ! Tracking states phone still at depot …….. very unhappy customer 😡

    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

    @O2 I can’t login into my o2 app, it says I might be a bee customer and to wait 48 hours but I’ve been a member for years 🤔 it’s just randomly started doing this

    I’m curious how my number for sold ... I think @O2 sold it. Was only 3 for 4 years. Zero issue. Was on o2 for 4 months and this happened. Bullshit.

    @O2 Imagine being with @O2 a few months and still not able to get om the o2 app a d having to call many times only to get told its a technical issue and a technician will call within 24 hours and 3 weeks later no call 🤔

    @O2 I have had no choice but to raise a dispute via my bank , you have not contacted me and I’ve given you the opportunity on several platforms and via telephone, I’m still waiting for the call back. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and you treat me like crap. #disgraceful
