Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

RE O2 Priority app issue - last time it happened, you advised it was a known issue at your end also effecting other customers. I want you to thoroughly check to see if it's a known issue at your end again.

They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
