@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 I was supposed to get a free upgrade every 12 months but your "problems with supply" last year meant that I didn't get my new phone for over a month after I requested it, so my refresh date is a month later, which pushes it past my annual christmas trip. It's a farce.

So to be straight: because @O2 have been terrible for over a year, I can’t refresh my phone until after I get back from my Christmas trip! You’re very VERY quickly losing a customer here and I’ve been with o2 for nearly 15 years.

@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

@2bard @intueldonsquare @northumbriapol You're right in normal circumstances, however my phone signal keeps cutting out while @O2 are upgrading to 5G, last week a man had a seizure in front of me and I was getting repeatedly disconnected from the emergency services while trying to get an ambulance.

@O2 so… appalling service, no signal abroad, no signal at home… thought I might try to refresh my phone but it turns out that I can’t because last year there was a delay in getting my phone to me so my usual refresh date in October has been pushed back til November!

@BrookeLeaS66 @O2 Just defo puts people off 😩! Bad exposure and everything! What I would say is, have all the screenshots and every advisor you spoke to (dates and times) and put a complaint in 👏 Then report the company to OFCOM, or some government authority company who can deal with it 👍

@O2 I joined O2 on 31st December and you sent my SIM card. But I STILL haven't received it. my old supplier has cancelled my SIM and therefore I can't use my phone. the delivery code you gave me is not recognised by the post office. What is going on ??!!! Terrible service

@BrookeLeaS66 @touchrtp @O2 The phone contract would have a customer order number from the date the contract was taken out. They should have posted you a copy with confirmation of details. I think its 14 days to cancel a contract so it should have been a straight forward refund. Xx
