Is your Priority team aware of this issue? Last time this happened,it was a known issue at your end also happening to other customers.

RE O2 Priority app issue - last time it happened, you advised it was a known issue at your end also effecting other customers. I want you to thoroughly check to see if it's a known issue at your end again.
