    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    @virginmedia @O2 what's the point Virgin is as bad as BT I was supposed to have Virgin Broadband & phone installed on Friday got told yesterday it was delayed til December 1st earliest with no reason as to why asked for a 5G router to get me by til then was put on hold for 20 mins then cut off.

    @TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

    @O2 unbelievable! Trying to help O2 stop there customers being defrauded but no one knows who to report it to in O2... I don't see why I should chase O2 when they can't be bothered or are not interested. If O2 are out there contact me!

    @TheO2 @O2 are an awful network and I’ve had a horrific experience with them. Not only bad signal but one of the agents unbeknown to me signed me up to a 24month contract without my knowledge. Only knew when I got text and email notifications!! Such bad service.

    @Nicole45271161 @O2 Hi, I’m having issues with o2 nobody can hear me when I call them or they call me. If I watsapp or FaceTime etc it’s perfect. Is this the same issue as yours? Basically I can hear the other person on the phone but they can’t hear me!

    @O2 why is your network so bad? i have to lock my phone at 3g to get "useable" data but even then its not that fast. you claim to have really good speeds but this is beyond a joke at this point
