Spoke today to o2 - put me through to this company, some angry women was rather sh*ty with me. No refund & I never consented originally so I’m not happy at all with o2 at all.

Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

I tried calling over the weekend and got tired after being in a queue for 2 hours. This morning, i also got tired after being in a queue for 2 hours
