    Hi @O2 how to i raise a formal complaint, I've been passed around so many call centres and queue systems now it's ridiculous? Why does no one communicate between each other at o2 when you're literally a communications company?

    @TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

    @O2 1/2 You’ve been ‘busier than usual’ for as long as I can remember! Yet all you do is reduce more and more services! O2 customer service is absolutely pathetic! I won’t be renewing my contract with you when it’s up for renewal I can promise that!

    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    @O2 I really don't want to have to spend another hour on the phone. At this point, I don't see myself staying with O2 when the other 2 contracts we have as a family runs out. At this point it's either you are being deliberately difficult and slow or it's just incompetence.

    Biggest mistake was moving from @VodafoneUK to @o2 O2 is the worst ever network, I have to make 3 or 4 calls for 1 conversation due to poor signal and data is another issue in itself, thank god for free WiFi. And that's anywhere I travel in the UK Can't wait for contract to end!

    @O2 promised a call back within 48 hours to discuss a complaint raised on the 17th March. Still waiting to discuss this very serious complaint. Also asked for copies of phone calls and was told 'we don't give phone call copies' surely against gdpr @ICOnews?
