    @TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    @LTWlimited @ShopThreeSpires @O2 I beat these morons in court today. I asked the centre manager to cancel the PCN nearly 12 months ago but they allowed Excel to harass me. I dread to think how many vulnerable people and blue badge holders that paid under duress. Disgrace.

    @O2 - why when I ring up to talk about my tariff - I’m told that I can sort it out on the App? Then when I want to speak to someone about cancelling I’m advised to call back in 24 hours. I hope @ee customer service is better than this
