    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

    Uk must be the worst country regarding cellular coverage. Seriously have had better coverage on mountains in China! In northern ireland it is worst where i live. And they keep putting prices up and up and up and coverage is still terrible @O2 @Ofcom

    @MartinSLewis Plus you cannot cancel ONLINE, you can buy online, you can operate your account online which is what @O2 & everyone makes you do but if you want to cancel you have to wait in a 40 mins phone queue. This is penalising the customer. @Ofcom sort it the hell out once & for all 😡🤬

    @MartinSLewis I changed to ID Mobile and saved £34 a month and got more that @O2 offered me to stay! Their customer service is in array as I’m still getting calls 4 weeks later from people saying they are from O2! They need to lose millions of customers due to their greed.

    @LutzSchueler @O2 #teamvirginmediao2 have got to be the worst company on the planet!!!! Ever since the merger with Virgin, O2 customer service has been non existent. Several phone calls and still no call back from management, as promised. You are now holding up a legal process
