@O2 what a waste of money it is I pay for you're service every month. Another mast issue in my area, no calls or texts all day, I ise this phone for buisness Yet again lost more money through o2 and the rubbish equipment I've never had this issue with any other service provider

I suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.

.@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

@O2 So it's only the broadband I want to change. The O2 Shop guy told me that as a VM customer I need to talk to them, while Virgin Media told they don't do 5G broadband. This is most bizarre example of a partnership when I am already a customer of both but can't get an answer.

@O2 not quite sure what I pay my contract towards, the service has been absolutely shocking for weeks now, 4G at times throughout the day is non existent and I know others have the same frustrations. Friends on other networks in the mean time have no issues.

@O2 Its just outrageous, £7.20 per mb i was on the phone for 2 mins max to send one message. Theres nothing you can do to help such as credit or discount on next bill? Ive been a loyal customer for years and im absolutely appalled at the lack of help!

@O2 Seen other tweets on your feed this morning. Suddenly last 2hrs Roaming in France has stopped working - no service for either my or partners 02 phones. Been fine roaming with 4G signal last 3 days just last 2 hrs stopped working. We have restarted phones multiple times....
