@Natalie182 @O2 I've had the same thing all week, only working on WiFi,updated my phone on monday and found out today that my mobile data had turned off, not sure whether it was the update but I wouldn't have turned it off myself, felt an idiot when talking with o2 🙄

@O2 service has been so poor, 2nd replacement phone in 2 weeks because I keep being given refurbished handsets. The one I’ve just received which I’ve had for 2 days needs to be sent back also. I’m very shocked at the lack of assistance that I’ve been facing. 😡🤯🙃
