@O2 just got my new phone, new contract - and the phone is asking for a QR code. I can't figure out what QR code it's asking for. Also - do you not have any kind of webchat or any kind of customer service on your website? I've just been going in circles trying to find an answer.

Swapped over from @ThreeUK because of poor signal quality and even worse customer service. Moved to @O2 and before I have even received my SIM card they have royally cocked up. @O2 customer service not one care given !!!!

Need help with getting a new phone @O2. Credit keep refusing me as and old address in the system is not the same as my credit card. No-one wants to update when I call up and credit said it will be 10 days! Already waited 3. I'm a customer for 18 yrs #CommonSense #customerservice
