@TheOfficialTom @melabarrie @O2 I have no signal either unless in Wi-Fi,had a text that I had run out of data but I'm not and to add a bolt on, been 3 days now,can't log into app either to speak to anyone. Annoying!!

@O2 Told by customer svcs to visit my local #O2 shop, as my PAYG sim had lapsed, get a new one and add £10 credit. No chance! Have to get a 6GB card with £10 "use it or lose it" each month. So £120 per year for a spare phone for emergencies I may not use. #Rubbish #mobile😡😡

@O2 recieved a text to say data has been used,which wasn't true and for me to add a bolt on,I can't load anything while I'm not in WiFi.Why is this? Tried everything that u will recommend to do and nothing.Still have loads of data but nothing is working.Can't log onto app,help!!
