Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Stay clear of @VodafoneUK at all costs. Please do t dm asking how you can help 4 hours on the phone for the complaints team to pass me back to the start and be back at square one proves you can’t. The biggest joke of a company. However @O2 message away
