@O2 absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Customer service adviser on live chat is so patronising. I spoke to a customer service adviser as my son kept going over my useage and added a spending cap.... Now this isnt included!!! Cannot wait for my contract to be over!!

@RevRichardColes @O2 Back in 2003 they charged me twice for a large bill (phoning my now wife, then girlfriend from Tenerife)! I was panicked about my credit score taking a hit so paid it twice and hoped to get my money back. I never did. Almost 20 years on I’m still rather bitter about it.
