    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 Update: DAY 8 still no resolution and unable to receive calls as my number port issue is not fixed , absolute joke, promised calls for manager , not a surprise no one had the courtesy to call me back.

    @O2 Done all that, I’ve checked network overage and it says earlier fault fixed yet it’s still rubbish. When I check again the mast is still shown as broke, when are you going to fix it

    @O2 I rang yesterday to complain that I wasn’t receiving any signal on 4G/5G or having clear phone calls. You’ve sent me a new sim/ waiting for a technician to call but you’ve deactivated my sim!!! How am I suppose to answer your phone call? How am I meant to use my phone!!

    @O2 I recently upgraded my phone and can no longer join the wifi on the underground. The manage my 02 wifi link on the 02 app doesn’t work?? I have tried using wifi, data, different computer, I have turned off my phone & reset my network settings, Can you get this resolved asap?

    @O2 Hi, I tried the website and it’s the same thing. When I make the payment it looks like it’s processing but just times out. I’ve tried 3 bank cards and Apple Pay. Same problem each time.

    @O2 shocking service, raised fraud 19/09/2022, have now received 6 letters for this person, after having been assured the letters would stop, CS saying the previous advisers were lying about finding an account and telling me to open letters not addressed to me which is illegal

    @O2 Into the shop for the 4th time & will see if it’s finally sorted tomorrow. Asked what we should do if it isn’t having visited the shop 4 times & spoken to the call centre. Was told we would need to call customer support or visit the shop. Total disregard shown in P’boro shop 🙄
