    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 Thank god. I've needed a new phone for months (microphones are broken so I can't speak on it) and every time I go to order a new one, it's out of stock on your site. At least in-store, I can choose alternatives.

    @O2 I have been with you for years ! I’ve just checked my bill and my family plan discount has disappeared ! I’ve called the call centre for this to be sorted ?! But was just spoken down to and left on hold with no answers from the rude operator ! Are they reading a script ?!

    @O2 receiving terrible service in all aspects. 1. Internet speeds below 0.1Mbps 2. Can hardly reach o2 agent but when I do.. 3. the line is cut 4. Agent insists I get new sim cards even though it's affecting all 3 lines. 5. Issued new Sim but not activated for more than 24 hours.

    @O2 is there a issue with 4G in the LL55 area? Full signal, 4G showing yet websites and social media apps are very slow to fully load and stream.

    Phoned @O2 for some help with my phone and got cut off before I got to even talk to someone 😩 the staff in the o2 shop were also less than helpful not impressed 🙄

    @O2 I upgraded my phone today with o2. I have the same number and I was with o2 previously. The man in the shop said it would transfer over everything immediately but I have had no signal since. This was at 12pm today. Will it take 24 hours for my network to reconnect?

    @O2 With your network I still can’t text some of my friends. Is that a feature? It’s been a complaint since December. Guess you just don’t give a damn.
