Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

So it seems that @O2 do not have any system for helping people in an emergency. My sister is currently stranded in Florida with no power and no water and of course no internet. The helpful people @O2 suggested she “get access to her email or go to a store to get help”. Really!

@O2 my data has very suddenly become absolutely non-existent over the past 2 weeks. Tried a new sim, hasn’t helped at all. Staff claim no signal issues in my area but I point refuse to believe its a device issue as I’ve had this on and off for years on various devices. Help???

@O2 four days now I've been trying to cancel the contract for my apple what on average around an hour each day and I'm still on the phone trying to sort it. If I was a new customer I so would have gave up all hope by now

Nearly 2 weeks now & the @O2 mast near #Lamberhurst still down so no signal in #Wadhurst. Disastrous for workers at home, SMEs & sole traders like me in area packed with us, not great for general public either. Come on O2, get your act together, it's 2022.
