@soph_whitby @O2 It is painful, I don’t know if the same with you but it lets me put phone number in (sometimes) but instead of sending me a code just takes me back to watch that video at the login page! That’s if it doesn’t time me out and say access denied

@O2 Been trying since 9.30 and have not got onto the priority website or app once. This is really poor from @02 as there’s no queuing mechanism as used elsewhere. No chance of first come first served.
