@O2 My phone was delivered 10 days ago to an incorrect address and I’m getting nothing!!!! From o2!!! I can’t get through on the phone, no chats are working and no replies on any social media!!! I bet you will have no problem charging me for a phone I don’t have in 2 week!!!!!!

@O2 and @dhlexpressuk you should be ashamed and you should look after your customers not make false promises . I am sick of corporate greed and useless waste of space customer service call centres . With no actual helpful people or any humanity
