    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    I love paying for a contract with @O2 to have my client calls fail and cut out every time. 2 months straight of this and still no resolution from you. Useless. Time to look for a contract elsewhere
