    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 roaming not working overseas despite me being signed up to their International Travel Inclusive Extra and only way to contact through chat conversation that the agents keep "resolving" even though no resolution given. 4th chat I'm on and every time I get a different response!

    Good Afternoon @O2, is it possible that someone can answer the phone please, it advises 15 minute wait then cuts off after 4.17, We don't like doing posts like this, but if you don't know you are missing out on the perfect opportunity to improve your customer service.
