Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

I’m a brand new @O2 customer and already leaving them. Advise everyone to do the same! They incorrectly charged me £400 & are making me pay it this month, then wait for a refund in next months bill. Quite outrageous. Especially given the cost of living crisis affecting everyone

@O2 Hi @O2 this is still an ongoing issue that I haven’t managed to get any support member able to help with. Time after time waiting for a manager call back always breaks down to no communication. Genuinely appalled with the (lack of) help from yourselves. Quick to take, not to help
