@O2 @hazelwright60 I also received this call, the text that they are sending with a code is coming from an O2 header text. Further up my text chain are genuine texts I’ve had from O2. This is really alarming as on the surface it looks genuine, Caller extremely rude & called me 3 times after hung up

Surely it would be wise to mention a device is out of stock before letting the customer purchase it rather than afterwards with no time frame as to when it will be ? @O2

@O2 Its frustrating that you've not even asked for a contact number to check my account or offer to call & help assist with this over the phone. I dont think its an issue with service in Swindon or hundreds on o2 would have been posting about all over Facebook & Twitter etc for weeks

omfg I was on with @skytv yesterday sorting out an issue with my SkyQ and mini box and just received a bill from @O2 for the call which was £26!!! surely that can’t be right
