Hey @O2 the amount of #spamcalls I’m getting a day is ridiculous. Keep reporting the numbers to you. It’s constant at the moment everyday I get a cold caller & I’ve used apps before to help but they still get through. But I don’t want to change my number either. @BBCWatchdog

RT mrandrewdickson "I should add it's often not in the centre of London that I lose reception, so no big concrete buildings getting in the way. Sounds like a capacity issue so if @O2 could maybe look at ways of improving their service on that front please that would be great!"

@mrandrewdickson @O2 I could explain but it'll take ages and tweets ain't long enough. Most likely a cell site is jiggered and as a result network congestion being an issue if I'm keeping it brief.
