@O2 Have been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes so far to try to resolve a problem that you cannot do on the internet - you need to compensate me for my time as well as the call costs! Only with an economic cost for poor service will it improve

@O2 Hi, my mum has just rang 202 from her phone and sorted the issue, but has been charged £6 for the phone call. They said they cannot refund her it as I am the account holder and I have to call for the refund. Is it possible to do on here or do I need to call?
