@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp You’ve set it up as a new connection, not a house move. So I have to make sure you’ve not put me on a new contract. You offered unlimited data in the meantime but only if I’m a phone customer of yours. I’m not. I’m with @O2 and their customer service puts you to shame.

@O2 It was raised with the fraud team who obviously never put any preventive measures in place. I was also asked by some moron 3 times to confirm the "mother's maiden name" on the fraudulent account opened in my name. Lack of due diligence at @O2 is incredible

You know what I find mad, I was in London this week and whilst travelling through the Blackwell Tunnel, I had full 5G signal, where as here in Birmingham, 5G is a myth - How can I be in a tunnel UNDER WATER with 5G but outside in open space 5G doesn't seem to work? @O2 explain!

@O2 #TBT when your signal and data were a lot better than the crap it is now. You have even confirmed that their are major issues with the masts in my city which are hugely impacting our services. STILL waiting for your retention team to call me regarding leaving my contract.
