    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @Plusnet my internet connection is down the hub has a solid blue light but won't let anything connect to the internet I have restarted the hub and even factory reset it

    some say it isnt e,g plusnet. Is there any way of verify whether the failure of TOOB was related to there network cabling or will affect openreach full fibre connection. Other providers say can only say yes or no on installation day. I dont want to left without broadband 2/2

    Had a bad weekend trying to watch sport on tv due to internet going down every 10 to 15 minutes. Reported it and the girl just told me to do what I had already done but her actionl took out my TV altogether, then PLUSNET had the cheek to take my money yesterday. They got to go.

    @WeAreOpenreach @plusnet I had a full fibre installation on the 14th of August. The contractor from Morrison telecom left damage to the brickwork that should have been made good. A fairly straightforward fix. A claim was commenced to effect the repair. Claim btp112933 with ctd

    @Plusnet my plusnet router is faulty. I’ve done various tests which only fix the problem temporarily. It has an intermittent problem. Is it possible to post a replacement?
