@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@plusnet connection has been really up and down this afternoon in Cambridge, maybe weather related? But rather difficult to get anything done or talk to my partner in the Netherlands with it going up and down every four minutes.

@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@Plusnet OK thanks. Crackling on phone line as well which seems to me like a fault on the line. We had problems with our line last year as well

Always had a great experience with Plusnet, until they charged me £200 to cancel a contract for my mother in law who died recently. I set up the account up in my name because she had dementia. Nice!

@Plusnet It is generally useless in: Sustaining connections with devices Keeping a reliable internet connection WiFi signal reach is very poor indeed I have it positioned centrally and use a couple of booster devices, neither of which I needed with non fibre router before "upgrading"

@Plusnet Billing has been a pig for months with you stating you'll take payment on the 5th, then actually taking the DD on the 14th-21st and in the mean time, your buggering about with DNS, can't explain the DD issues and have failed to claim cards payments you've authorised.
