Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

Having horrendous home wifi problems. Spoke to @Plusnet today who reckon they know what's the matter. Let's hope they can fix it tomorrow so I can have my online hearing on Wednesday. Fingers crossed! @Plusnet tell me you can.

@Plusnet hi I have already cancelled my contract however you insist on charging me You are also holding a credit on advance line rental.Can you refund this, cancel my contract and stop charging me. After a very poor service, I will reporting this to Ofcom.

@Plusnet Hi, I’m consistently having trouble with my broadband. E.g. I try to load something on phone on wifi and it’s not working so I switch to 4G and it works immediately. I often get message that my internet is unstable on zoom calls. I’m not happy with the service anymore

@hkanddeli @Plusnet Have you not tried phoning customer services I have been with them for a number of years now and always found them very helpful. Unless you are in a Virgin cabled area the connection from your premises to the exchange is Openreach but they will this will be switched off in 2025
