The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

Cliffy (@radagastcb) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.

Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet I’ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you don’t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS 😱😱
