    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    Don’t buy @Plusnet broadband, took 10 weeks to connect me after multiple calls. Decided I want to cancel called them cancelled. Was told I would get my first payment back within 10 working days, you guessed it two months later still waiting #awful

    @Plusnet We're approaching 36 hours of broken or unusably unstable internet. When will you acknowledge the problem? This is ridiculous
