@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet hi, we're having issues with our Internet connection. We should be getting download speeds 58-72mbps & upload 17-18mbps. The minimum guaranteed speed is 54.2mbps. I've done a speed test and we're getting download 21.64mb/s & upload 1.84mb/s. Why is this? Thanks.

When your broadband supplier cuts off your supply without notice, 14 days prior to the date it’s supposed to be, when you have paid for the service and then tell you they’re are unable to reconnect the service until 4th November. Nice one @Plusnet best customer service #yeahright

A little #broadband tale… Call current provider @TalkTalk to get a better deal, they can’t match @Plusnet & so we sign up. Email from TalkTalk, “we can do a better deal!” Cancel Plusnet, continue with TalkTalk. Despite cancellation, Plusnet plough on with process & send router
