From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@jovington21 @FlagOnThePlayUk @NFL I use firestick. Works well most of the time. I did have problems with it loading when I was with Plusnet but I've moved to Now TV it loads first time everytime (touch wood)

@clairezxclaire ****, at one point I had to put a relay in my house, on my Plusnet static IP, in order to get messages from our system reliably into BT and EE. Shall we compare notes on BT's ****** SMTP? 🙄

@JohnApplebyLD @HoustonMargaret @Plusnet Openreach's customer is the ISP (Plusnet in this instance), so it's Plusnet that have to raise a request to Openreach for an engineer. It's confusing as both are owned by BT at the end of the day, but they are operated as completely separate companies for various reasons.
