Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • BlocknBottle Block & Bottle (@BlocknBottle) reported from Walker Gate, England

@Plusnet HELP! Our internet’s gone down, how can we get it up and running in the next 1 hour and 11 minutes before we open?!

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • 2012neil2012 Outdoorsey (@2012neil2012) reported from Dunston, England

@Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MARKBOOTH7 MARK BOOTH (@MARKBOOTH7) reported

@Plusnet Total blackout at 4PM yesterday, called C.S. and advised there was a problem and not could do nothing about it, informed it may be fixed by next Tuesday? Nonsense service especially when trying to WFH so asked if they could supply a 4G modem like BT does? was told NO

  • LundCMF Claire Forster Lund (@LundCMF) reported

@Plusnet I would like you to cancel my contract, due to the rise in prices and the poor connection, slow speed and daily drop outs.

  • craigbenson76 Craig Benson (@craigbenson76) reported

@Kung_fu_eric @Plusnet @KilmarnockFC Unless Rinat Dasayev is a Plusnet customer, nae chance.

  • Suffolk_Chris Christopher Ellis (@Suffolk_Chris) reported

@Plusnet Nothing close by that’s seems to be setting it off. We’ve moved the router to the master socket in a bid to help speed a couple of weeks ago. It does sound like a few people in the road are having trouble too.

  • grayomtb Grayo 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@grayomtb) reported

@Plusnet I really don’t need the standard guff response plusnet. Fix the openreach infrastructure fault and stop dealing with your customers like they are delinquent!

  • DonovanTim Tim Donovan #FBPE 🔶💙 (@DonovanTim) reported

I recently switched internet from Virgin to Plusnet. Virgin used to have occasional outages but robust connectivity with all devices. Plusnet is absolutely crap. I'm constantly reconnecting phones, tablet, laptop and Skybox. Utter garbage router.

  • DesignSecultd DesignSecurityLtd (@DesignSecultd) reported

@Plusnet @adelangers If people use private messages you companies tend not to respond. By broadcasting to everyone you actually get your finger out and maybe fix the problem.

  • halimmatin Halim Matin (@halimmatin) reported

@GrahamK61158129 @asda_mobile I just moved to plusnet (ee). Great prices, signal and service (uk call centre and not Egypt). Now asda are with holding y outstanding credit. Asdamobile you are a bunch of thieves.

  • CSM76 wash your sprouts with soap and water 💙 (@CSM76) reported

@gfaz81 We're with Plusnet and it's bomb proof. Way better than Sky and TalkTalk that we've had before. I bypass their crap router though and use a Deco WiFi mesh.

  • BenWalker4 Ben Walker (@BenWalker4) reported

@Plusnet Hello, I spoke with your customer service colleagues by phone and they’re on it. Thanks.
