  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • BlocknBottle Block & Bottle (@BlocknBottle) reported from Walker Gate, England

@Plusnet HELP! Our internet’s gone down, how can we get it up and running in the next 1 hour and 11 minutes before we open?!

  • LeDreamboat Scott ⚫️⚪️ (@LeDreamboat) reported from Sacriston, England

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

  • fredspoon Philip 👌🏼 (@fredspoon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

Broadband down at home @Plusnet not great said there some fault needs and engineer.

  • mouse5555 Lynn Dixon (@mouse5555) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@Plusnet Don’t worry about it plusnet doesn’t work for long enough for anyone to have issues with safety

  • Lizzyr59 Lizzy Robinson (@Lizzyr59) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@Plusnet Outage in Newcastle? No broadband since 8pm

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@NortholtPaul However, we'd be able to take over the existing line within the property and activate our services so you wouldn't have to pay this charge and you'd be able to carry on. You can discuss this further with our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • JayWarden James warden (@JayWarden) reported

@Plusnet Can you help, I’ve been trying to call but can never get through. I changed broadband service in December and you are still billing me and taking money from my bank account.

  • Ricky81D Ricky (@Ricky81D) reported

@thelatexmallard I was O2 for 15 years, now BT for the last 5, never had any speed problems since changing, they also own EE and Plusnet.

  • klharris30 😎Keith Harris😎 (@klharris30) reported

@Plusnet Signed up for BT Sport app. Went through all the steps but unable to activate BTID and they are no help in sorting it. Can I cancel without cost? I am no prepared to pay for something I can’t access.

  • klharris30 😎Keith Harris😎 (@klharris30) reported

@Plusnet any chance of help getting this done please, BT are telling me to open another account which is no use as I end up paying twice.

  • IndyGraps1984 🐯🐯🐯 (@IndyGraps1984) reported

@Plusnet how do you cancel your contract with yourselves please? Cannot find the easiest way of terminating it?

  • pafster Paul 🇺🇦 (@pafster) reported

@NortholtPaul @Plusnet Surely they waive it if you take their service at new place?

  • BW400CN Anthony Polson (@BW400CN) reported

@Markgsparrow I doubt it would solve your problem, but I changed ISP from BT to PlusNet and my upload/download speeds trebled. The change also halved my monthly cost. PlusNet charge only £25.99 a month including phone line rental. Ironically, PlusNet is owned by BT.

  • dontasciime mememememe (@dontasciime) reported

@Plusnet why does my contract sim cut me off at the 2 hour mark, I had calls to make to #halifax who take 1 hour 45 to answer calls and was busy having an issue fixed when the phone cut off and I couldn't be arsed to wait another 1 hour + on hold to contact #halifax again

  • merkinmartyr Brad (@merkinmartyr) reported

@Plusnet having terrible problems with internet, cutting out randomly for a few minutes at a time. Now back on a blue light and devices not connecting. Fed up of having to login to router, change channels etc. This isn't on!!
