Never go with Virgin unless you can face being on the phone with them for 12 hours every time there's the slightest issue. TalkTalk are also evil.

Paul Nichol (@peeblesrunner) reported@plusnet having just renewed by contract with you to get FTTP I am disappointed that you want to now crank it up by 14.4%. Especially since inflation is going down and therefore your costs for the next 12 months with be lower than the Dec rate. Very poor IMHO!

So no one could impersonate me on the phone but they could use the same security details to do so online so that’s “unsafe”. V rude too! Good riddance
