Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet I just want internet in my bedroom im disabled and spend a lot of time upstairs but all this is driving me crazy the router hub 1 is powerful enough to send a signal upstairs..so deffo need another router tech guy said

@Plusnet We had an engineer visit us not long ago and all was ok going out of the house and I think ok with the external BT line. There was/is a problem that couldn't be identified our end. You will have to read his report.
