@Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

@Plusnet To be honest, I find your 'cheery' comments, such as this one, very offensive! We pay for a decent broadband service which you never provide. It's down far more often than not. We are seriously thinking of leaving you.
-
Achilles
(@OlympusAchilles) reported
@Plusnet It’s pointless. The amount of times we’ve called and sent messages and it never helps.

@Plusnet Hi, since we last spoke the internet is extremely intermittent. Are there any issues?

@Plusnet my internet has been terrible. I am new customer and since I moved to plusnet the internet stops or is very slow. I spend all day on zoom working and can't have even one normal meeting!!! Very disappointing

Zahra Qaiser

@Arian06Hbr @Plusnet The worst Internet ever since we joined this service. Most of the time wifi is down with slow or weak signals. No wifi for more than 2 hours.

(@HeadlessHorus) reported
@Plusnet why is it so difficult to report a fault? My BB has been down for 2 hours and I need a line test running. My phone is working fine, as it has been on the last 3 faults.
-
RuthS
(@MillSussex) reported
@Plusnet We phoned up earlier to say what our problem was, only to be told that our service was fine, so our laptop must be faulty! Strange that, because on the brief occasions when it we do have a service, our laptop works perfectly!

Christy Anderson
(@Christy24576284) reported
@Plusnet Very disappointed. I’m being charged £32.88 for a broadband package I didn’t ask for! I called to inform you I will be cancelling my contract two weeks ago due to extremely poor service and now you’re going to charge me double what I used to pay?! Outrageous.

@Plusnet Oh sorry Lauren @Plusnet, we got the problems sorted without further input and I totally forgot about this! So, just the email needs updating :D I also encountered a 404 but I can't remember what it was now XD
