From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@plusnethelp hi plusnet, it’s now been 10 days since we were told we would have broadband and guess what! Still no wifi! Promised 10+ times that we would have calls back within 24hrs and still never had any phone calls. Now being told we have to wait till Tuesday!! Absolute joke

@plusnethelp Happens on both Wi-fi and Ethernet cable connection. The minimum guaranteed speed you provide me is only 0.9mbps anyway, we have already called you multiple times, you just provide really shoddy internet and it’s not long til I’m with my new provider & I never have plusnet again

@Plusnet - New customer with a "guaranteed" down speed of 59.6mbps but getting less than 20mbps. I find the service less than satisfactory. Having to repeatedly chase a solution with your CS team, get nowhere, and be warned of a potential £65 charge is unacceptable. #SortIt 🤬

@Plusnet no option to DM. Only been with you a couple months but not had 1 day without problems. No Internet in any of the bedrooms (in a bungalow) and even the lounge is continually buffering. Can't watch 1 program without it stopping after a couple sentences. Not good at all.

@plusnethelp Hi thank you for your reply. However a 'goodwill' gesture isn't really what we should get, our internet has been transferred to Plusnet for 5 days and we still don't have a router. We have someone who works from home here. We r paying for a service we don't have.
