Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

After ~2 weeks of inconsistent internet with poor speeds. @Plusnet are now leaving us without ANY during prime time (estimated until 21:45pm). This is at least the 3rd time we’ve had major problems with their service. “We’ll do you proud” couldn’t be further from the truth.

@charlesarthur I'm not even on a 'good' deal anymore - plusnet do 7Gb+unltd calls at £6/mo 30-day rolling (!) Virgin still think they have the monopoly on ultra-fast BB, and wanted £53/mo. Comparable service is £16/mo on 5G. Deals are out there...

@AngelaRayner @CWUnews Gawd - BT is a private company. It's a big company & owns a number of subsidiaries- EE. Plusnet etc. Much of BT's work is for corporates. These are private sector workers. But if it makes you feel important, you keep criticising & ignoring the real issues in your own party

Shocking service by @Plusnet poor service, held on phone 4 over an hour & told they had resolved an issue, checked 3 times then by their own admission & error they sent 2 a debt that doesn’t exist 2 a debt company. Promised to call & no response - then told this wasn’t uncommon?

@Plusnet absolute disgrace! Messing my friend around, broadband speed 0.7mb and not 30-50mb as agreed, then want to charge £250 in the cooling off period???? Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen!
