From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@TheFatHippo57 @Plusnet Well, that was Plusnet. I have 200MB fibre to the property via another ISP for a fraction of the price Plusnet quoted for a service nearly 100 times slower. Plusnet basically didn’t have the information, or just flat-out lied. It’s one or the other. 1/

I cancelled contract with #Plusnet in July 2021. They made big cancellation charge. Still chasing me for more payments!! Do NOT take out a Plusnet Phone contract!! You can never stop them harassing & trying to get money from you! Very #distressing! #Fraud @Plusnet @Plusnethelp

Is anyone having trouble with their Plusnet internet connection in the Derby area? Have swapped out router/modems and still poor speed (down to 32KBs at times).
