    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @Plusnet @UswitchUK Terrible internet company. Currently not gettin what I'm paying for. Internet is extremely slow and disconnects all day every day, how the hell did they win an award for being the best? They're really not.

    @plusnethelp My new Plusnet router has a weaker WIfi signal tham a six year old Talk Talk router. Do not sign up with them unless you live in a bedsit!

    @MarcAllera it’s time you realised how your plusnet staff lie about refunds !! Cancelled a NEVER CONNECTED contract on 13th feb still waiting for a refund !! Maybe I’ll just start legal action for deception

    @plusnethelp Hi, my 96 year old Nan has just moved to Plusnet.spoke to guy on Saturday who is sending new router as he said hers might be the connection problem. She's since been charged for it which is a bit cheeky as since swapping to you She's had no service
