From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet hi, I sent you a DM back in September and replied with my username but just realised I didn’t receive any further response. Are you able to reply in the DM and help? Thank you.

@Plusnet Hi, Part of my hub has broken. How can I get a replacement? Thank you.

@Plusnet your advisor was helpful, but as expected unable to actually help. Greenby support (or the Enix ltd parent) does not seem to exist, no contact details, just an AI bot that can't actually do anything.

@Plusnet My Virgin deal has ended & I’m looking at switching to Plusnet or Vodafone on 300 Mbps FTTP deals. Also need one external phone line moved ~6m & a redundant line removed. Openreach quoted ~£126. Can Plusnet include this work as part of a new-customer install in Lisburn?
