Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

1/6 @Plusnet @plusnethelp My Plusnet account is totally messed! Billing has been a shambles for the duration of the last contract, with the last 2 bills charging for services long since cancelled. Complaint raised but told you can't raise new bill until 2 wks fm 17/9 (217280228).

@Plusnet Plusnet is NOT Fine in my area. Been down for hours. We work from home. Look on other page (eating my limited data) and it says down since 12.40. Plusnet don't seem to know this. Not happy time to move.

The slow response to fix shows Plusnet has no night cover in case of emergencies. So guess everyone has to wait until 9am or something to get action? Other people up n down the UK have same problem, can't authenticate with BT to get net access.

@Plusnet Hi, is Plusnet having a major outage? My router is showing as connected but no internet, and I see on Downdetector that a lot of people are reporting problems. And last night speeds were ~18Mbps and they are usually ~70.
