Twisted Tea Shep (@ultraman_ginger) reported@STEcopywriting Don't know what it's like now, but when I used to work for BT, we had all kinds of problems as TalkTalk would half-arse installations and the whole phone line would have to be yanked out. PlusNet have been lovely. Ours isn't as fast as the Virgin, but customer service is ideal.
