From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

@Plusnet I have been a customer for a number of years and still have a Huawei EchoLife HG612 connected to a ASUS router can I request a Hub 2 to replace the two units I have never been offered a hub1 or a hub2

I have restored Pi-Hole functionality to my network, the only way to do this with the BT Smart Hub 2 is to disable it's DHCP and let Pi-Hole handle this instead before resetting device connections, in the Plusnet branded version this was not needed which is strange

@Plusnet I joined BRSK on 18th July 2025 and was told by BRSK that Plusnet would be cut off on 19th July and I would then be sent my final bill from Plusnet. Plusnet then sent me a bill for another month for a service which I am not using. How do I make a complaint?

@YDKWYDPodcast just been listening to the pod on my walk down to the dentist, take out pods, walk into the reception but then hear big DEarl still in my ears as he's on an advert for Plusnet on the radio. It made me very confused and the dentist receptionist now thinks I'm odd.
