    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    Hi @Plusnet. I've been reporting the same fault for a year and I've taken time off work to allow engineer visits to only now be told that you're happy for my connection to fail twice a day as standard? Isn't that a bit ****?

    @Plusnet Just letting everyone know that after being with Plusnet for 5 years, terminating, paying my bill and having my account closed, they just sent me TWO emails asking me to set up a Direct Debit as I'm a new customer! Funny, or Useless?!

    @PaulHusband_ @Plusnet we had the same issue with bt for months. continuous call outs then they told us they’d moved the line half a mile up the road and that led to the signal dropping so we switched. Find out whos in the nearest green box to your home and go with them

    @Plusnet Hi...no internet since 23.12. Just the same as 2 weeks ago, signal strength says excellent but I have no broadband. If there is maintenance going on we would get a message so it can't be that. What's the reason?
