Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

Roi Perez (@roiontech) reported@mikejjennings the broadband options in my area are basically BT-types (Plusnet, EE) or Virgin... and the speeds are crap. I've been thinking about moving to Virgin but honestly I've only ever seen tweets like yours. You never see someone saying "Virgin are the best" haha
-
Kimmy Mac (@littlekimmy) reported@Plusnet please can you give me an email address to send a complaint to?

Ryan Morrison (@RyanMorrisonJer) reported@DEANHDAVID @virginmedia @Plusnet I'm at 41 minutes now and it almost feels like failure at this point if I hang up! John Harvey (@satpalram) reported@Plusnet If anyone wants to be persuaded out of their decision, you can give them a box to tick saying so. We’re adults, treat us as such. I didn’t have to talk to anyone to sign up.

an Empty Slogan Empty Slog (@bushofgoats) reported@virginmedia unless you can organise for someone to call me, I'm contacting @plusnet to see how long it will take them to re-connect their service, which while not as fast on paper, was at least a service.
-
Tony Barlow (@Saltbar) reported from Derbyshire, England@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

Tony (@T0ny_Boy) reported@Plusnet Hi. I am having a problem with my connection. It keeps dropping several times per day. How much will it cost me to cancel my remaining connection and move to another provider?
