    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

The advisor I eventually got through to (after 72 minutes of being on hold, none the wiser that there was a wider issue due to nothing on socials or the service status page) advised that they're aware there's an issue, but no clue what it is.

    @SoProJanet @Plusnet I was being put on hold for an hour and the staff told me they are aware of the nationwide incident but they are not sure what is causing the issue and they are working to resolve it ASAP. They are not sure how long this will last too.
