    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk If you can, enquire with BT to fibre to the house. It’s being rolled out at an exponential rate. I’ve gone from Plusnet 45mbps to BT 900mbps and I get very strong signal from the router all over the house. It’s yet to dip below 700

    @sir_frankuk @Mexico1978R @virginmedia Don’t sign up to anything with the Virgin branding. Talk Talk is equally dire as is BT. Good talkers but if things go wrong not only are you on your own they will make it much worse. Ironically, Plusnet which is owned by BT has great customer service and telecom engineers.

    @Plusnet I'm stuck. The router you sent is borked, the BT hub router backup I've got can't connect because I can't supply a PPPoE password. I can't reset my password because your pw reset link service isn't working. I'm about to miss an important meeting for my JOB

    @EE When you discontinue your femtocell service, you are going to lose at least one customer from your @Plusnet arm. I have relied on my femtocell for 12 years as there is no usable signal without walking a hundred yards from my house.

    @Plusnet repeatedly overcharging my 73 pensioner father for internet & mobile phone. (In fairness the mobile issue seems resolved.) Assured last week he would get refund+goodwill gesture but neither materialised. Their overcharge was debited from his account this morning but
