Outdoorsey (@2012neil2012) reported from Dunston, England

@Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

  • remenos
Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • Johnad25
John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • Johnad25
John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • gracemaggysmith
    Grace Smith (@gracemaggysmith) reported

Who’s a good internet provider, I pay mental amounts at @Plusnet for it to never work and support to tell me to spend months testing channels or that “doesn’t work well with Apple devices”

  • djones1509
    Derek Jones (@djones1509) reported

Just to add: The £10.99 credit is a good will gesture. The £19.99 line rental credit made by the previous (third) agent wasn't as it was owed to me, hence the reason for my previous tweet. Hopefully, the retraining will sort out these issues. #plusnet

  • boxedwine_
    100% not a tory (@boxedwine_) reported

I've resorted to flirting with the plusnet customer services guy. That's how starved I am

  • romina_m2705
    Romina Martinez (@romina_m2705) reported

@Plusnet my internet ever since we signed up to you will never play any streaming app such as Netflix or Disney+ I get about 1 second streaming before the wheel of death again. Internet speed too low to stream always comes up. Unacceptable. Paying for a service but not provided.

  • Cabbidges
Dancer in the Void🕷 (@Cabbidges) reported

@Roadwarrior29 @EE @Plusnet I lay at night cold as cold and poor as poor on foam rubber cast off from someone's yacht and smelled of mould. Shall I continue?

  • David___Lewis

Well @Plusnet is totally useless So many crap companies it gets depressing

@Sarah_May1 Only ever been EE for me, with Plusnet more recently who use that network, £11 for 11GB data meant I could stream Spotify to and from work 3 hour round trip, pre covid
