    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    .@Plusnet agreed we could turn our new internet on at new property by Monday LATEST, now they processed it wrong and now are saying JANUARY 3RD. Awful awful service, no solutions and my partner and I work from home so need internet. Crap.

    @Plusnet, I've had FTTP installed at my home this week and I'm still getting speeds comparable to copper/FTTC. I've been trying to get hold of the support team via telephone, but my call keeps getting dropped automatically after approx. 25 mins on hold. Is there an email contact?
