  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • 2012neil2012 Outdoorsey (@2012neil2012) reported from Dunston, England

@Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

  • BlocknBottle Block & Bottle (@BlocknBottle) reported from Walker Gate, England

@Plusnet HELP! Our internet’s gone down, how can we get it up and running in the next 1 hour and 11 minutes before we open?!

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • JKav87 Jordan Kavanagh (@JKav87) reported

If I can break my cycle of completely useless tweets and impart one piece of useful advice to anyone who follows me, let it be this: DO NOT USE PLUSNET INTERNET. Three months patchy service and no end in sight.

  • Plowmeow Plowmeow (@Plowmeow) reported

@Plusnet Good morning Plusnet. When we moved you promised us 8-12mbps. We have at most 3mbps. This morning we have no WiFi at all. We both work from home. Yes we've done the normal troubleshooting. No it's still not working. Please fix this or cancel our contract. BA22 8EU.

  • egithirteen john edgar (@egithirteen) reported

@JamesHarkin Been with plusnet for a few years now, can't remember having to contact them. Was with sky previously and and had a few problems that always seemed to be someone else's fault... Including when THEY didnt book the engineer to come out. Talk talk were good as well

  • Smitchalot Sarah MH (@Smitchalot) reported

I’ve had 4 months of @Plusnet messing me around now and i would not recommend them to anyone ever. I can’t even find out my direct debit amount. Currently they reckon my sign up of £24.99 is actually now £32.99?! And I don’t even have the service they initially promised.

  • aruna_jaya67 Aruna Jayawardena (@aruna_jaya67) reported

@Plusnet - hello ! We would like to cancel your contract immediately. Please send the link for the cancellation

  • annwylid Catrin Madge (@annwylid) reported

@Plusnet Preston PR1 4LE , internet down for last 40 mins. Router been reset etc. No joy , is there issue in this area?

  • PeopleIKnow Timothy Winchester (@PeopleIKnow) reported

@Plusnet Hiya! I just spoke to Mohammed about our internet not working. I just wanted to say that he was SO HELPFUL in explaining what was going on and how to resolve it. Please pass on my thanks

  • JaseHeeley Jase Heeley (@JaseHeeley) reported

@benbakerbooks @htwcentral We've had absolutely no problem with Plusnet since we moved in here. We get about 57Mb from an advertised max of 66 and an upload speed around 20Mb, which is good enough. Virgin was installed to the street about eight minths ago, but we've felt no need to switch.

  • annwylid Catrin Madge (@annwylid) reported

@Plusnet our award-winning service. Your new service should be ready to go in just 10 working days, and your current service will keep going until then" This is a lie you are left in limbo o broadband no phone service no help from customer services. Shameful
