@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

@Plusnet hi, there is no broadband service today in postcode bb12 9hh, including other service providers, are plusnet aware?
-
David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England
@Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.

@Barclaycard Hi, is there a 'real' number and not a shortcode, like 60146, that can be used to reply to automated transaction checks? Some mobile networks (e.g. plusnet) don’t support sending replies to them so I have no way to confirm if something is genuine or not.

Samsara (@SamsaraLosingIt) reported
@Plusnet Hi everything is fine no issues with my service just when my contract is up on the 30th I shall remove it so I'm going to ring up in a week or so too give the notice

Andy Bob (@kingandybob) reported
@Plusnet Now, while I appreciate it's neither yours, nor BT's fault that a storm has caused an outage and the length of time it takes to be fixed, what you CAN control is informing your customers of the situation. Particularly as a communications provider.
-
Carlos (@carlosradioguy) reported
@Plusnet Your service has been impeccable and cost competitive BUT why send an email suggesting a huge increase and then suggest I call to barter? Why not build customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a competitive price, which you seem to offer new customers. Madness.

I’ve had to call @Plusnet twice today. First guy was rude and miserable, later on, the second guy (Jon Dennis) was brilliant, helpful, professional and did all he could to try and escalate the matter with @OpenreachHelp (who still couldn’t be bothered to get in touch today).

@MarketBlondes Ah. So I use plusnet and they have been reliable on service and price generally. I will switch to gnet soon as they are installing fibre to the home spoon, much faster

MyriadLifeBooks (@LifeMyriad) reported
Disappointed with @Plusnet social media response which has been zero since yesterday morning. I spoke to a rep this morning who was helpful. 72 hours to fix as it’s an outside issue (unsurprisingly).

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet, seem to have no mobile coverage in TN39 (Bexhill) for the past couple of days. Is this something you're aware of? Any idea of estimated time of fix? Thanks.
