    @Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

    @Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    @Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.

    Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🀬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🀬🀬🀬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

    1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    @lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.

    @Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🀬🀬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

    Went with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.

    Yet again @Plusnet can't provide decent/any internet. I just don't get why the price we pay can't decrease based on the poor service we receive? No one should be paying for internet and then relying on their phone's 4g just to work and stay in contact with people...

    @Plusnet Thank you. Every time I tried to connect to any other network than Orange or Movistar it kept saying error. I am in another part of Spain tomorrow so will tweet again if there's any problems, hope that's ok? Thanks for your help.

    @VodafoneUK how can I report that the internet is down? Everyone in my estate on different providers (Sky/PlusNet etc) reporting the same thing. It needs to be raised with OpenReach
