@Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.

John Grimshaw (@LeanintoDesign) reported from Oldham, England

@RischDesigns @fittdr @virginmedia @Plusnet @NOWTV @emmerdale @LoveIsland @ASBO_Allstar I'm on 350 which is great but the router let's it down, the old superhub2 had much better firmware and an easier UI.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp hi, my broadband service today and yesterday has been shocking. It has cut out 8 times in the past 3 hours alone which is unacceptable as I need it to work from home (so I’ve had to use loads of my mobile data allowance). Can you please tell me when I 1/2

  • DavidWildJnr
David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England

@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

@Plusnet My broadband should have gone live today. Internet from old ISP ceased at midnight. You promised me uninterrupted service. My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

@thestag0 It'll take DAYS with @Plusnet 's terrible internet anyway

  • Siftah
John Baxendale (@Siftah) reported from Manchester, England

@adechapmanlaw Problem is their phone line is crap, so PlusNet (who they were previously with) also would never get the phone line sorted and they were left with the same crappy speeds. Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

  • micahscotttt
mary queen of thots 🥦Ⓥ (@micahscotttt) reported from Manchester, England

Bit **** how I’ve been on the phone to plusnet around 6 times now regarding my broadband which isn’t working and after failing to phone me back like they promised yesterday they finally report it as a fault in the line which could take 3-5 days to be addressed.

  • Porter__Face
Richard Porter (@Porter__Face) reported from Halifax, England

@Plusnet could you please help me? I paid for your service more than 20 days ago and I still don't have internet. I'm calling but nobody is answering.

  • tandleman
Tandleman (@tandleman) reported from Middleton, England

Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

  • chefstuartburt
stuart burt (@chefstuartburt) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Andy baker you should be ashamed of the service you offer. new customer 5 weeks in and still jo broadband £50 for nothing. £65 for an engineer and I have to take a day off and it will be another 2 weeks...oh £190 to leave!!! a joke!!!

  • JLT1950
Jenny Taylor (@JLT1950) reported from Hebden Bridge, England

  • adrianswimmer
Adrian Hawley (@adrianswimmer) reported from Meltham, England

@plusnet I'm trying to turn off the answer service via the online manage your account.... The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

  • LeanintoDesign
John Grimshaw (@LeanintoDesign) reported from Oldham, England

@RischDesigns @fittdr @virginmedia @Plusnet @NOWTV @emmerdale @LoveIsland Thanks for the advice both you and @ASBO_Allstar have said a similar thing so I guess it's a negotiation down in price with a new router to fix @virginmedia crap hardware.

  • LeahWhitehorse
Leah Whitehorse (@LeahWhitehorse) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk It would be helpful if you updated your website to show known service issues and outages. Outage in Manchester today is a known issue yet nothing on your site. Plusnet informed me.

  • __Cappo__
    Just Me (@__Cappo__) reported

@Plusnet are you trying to get rid of old F9 mail customers by lifting the spam filter? Been a customer for >25 years, the amount of junk mail I get these days, with the highest setting on your portal, is ridiculous.

  • JaYmZltd
    JaYmZ.exe (@JaYmZltd) reported

Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

  • joclegg
    Joke Legg (@joclegg) reported

@Plusnet my internet is down again. 3rd time this month. I switched to fibre and it turned into a donkey 🫏

  • Nigelh7n
    Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported

@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?
