Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

Even tried their 'Additional support form' online and it just took my back to my account. Great support for vulnerable customers that 👍🏼
