Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

We were switching to you for broadband but nothing has been installed and now our old provider has cut our contract and we have no internet.

Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

Huw Waters 🏴 (@huw_waters) reported@LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!
