    @plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    @jmarcjones @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Do your research on the speed other people get locally. The distance from the exchange plays a big part if you are on an ADSL service.

    @AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

    @kevwright @MWWebster1 @NOWTV Been with Plusnet 6 years now. Not one outage or issue and I get 80mbps unlimited for £24 and boy do I use a lot of data

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @Plusnet I am completely unable to reach anyone at plusnet customer services by phone after hours of hold music and no answer. We were switching to you for broadband but nothing has been installed and now our old provider has cut our contract and we have no internet.

    @MMortAH @Plusnet Now that is cheeky. How long do you have left on the current contract? I'd consider binning them off and going with someone like @zeninternet if it works out cheaper (and I say this as a current and long standing Plusnet customer)

    @Plusnet I've been a customer for many years, yet I'm unable to switch to the Yorkshire Day fibre broadband offer as the advisor said I'm in a contract so can't help. Very annoying, as other utilities allow me to change tariffs without any problems. 😡

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Can smbdy help in sorting out the BB issue going on at my home since 20th Jul.Its just going on in circles with Plusnet, Openreach and BT Wholesale.Its diff to work w/o BB and acc to plusnet it can take upto 8 weeks to fix it.Just hilarious and frusturating!

    @Plusnet Any way to get this sped up?! It’s practically unusable.. cut out 14 times in a 90 minute zoom meeting this afternoon! This is not acceptable!
