@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@adamdalston @mehshake @PostOffice When workers and bus/train drivers are frustrated with pay, they do not bring it up with the customer. No one should talk to a customer this way.

@PostOffice Thanks Courtney. As I said in the video, I won’t be using the Royal Mail account again after I was driven out of the store yesterday and refused service. They have made it very difficult for my small businesses to even operate. I will await your reply to see if we can rectify

Cheats to most people lie or conceal truth to the detriment of others and for their own gain. The #PostOfficeScandal was cheating society into believing the problem @postoffice had been transformed into a profitable company while actually trashing the brand - and costing millions
