@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@IndiaPostOffice I haven’t received my Speed Post but the status shows it as delivered I have already raised a complaint 2369408047 I was asked to visit the postoffice but I am currently unable to do so. Kindly check into it Is this the standard level of service from India Post?

@CoxxyABDL The diaper is listed on ebay but as ebay charges fees we have to charge more for it than on our website. However, lucky for you, you can still buy on our website and use the post office "hold till called for" service which allows you to send to any postoffice in the UK and collect it from there.

@TheBornAgainCJ @PostOffice There is no such service as 'recorded'. It's Special Delivery which is tracked, signed and guaranteed next day, signed for- which you cant track or Tracked 24 or 48, with or without a signature. Special Delivery is £9.25 so that is not the service you were charged for.

@PostOffice Please reply to my emails and phone calls! I am in Thailand on holiday from the UK! I travelled first to Singapore using my post office travel card but now I am in Thailand the app will not allow me to convert to Thai baht! This is unacceptable and no one is available to help me
