@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@IndiaPostOffice @OfficeOfRSP @rsprasad The post master of Salmari didn't know how to talk with cusomer. This is the Establishment of Government of india. Not his own house. The public and customers had to face many kinds of problems in this Postoffice. I request the department to visit the PO.

@PostOffice I sent a parcel via Special delivery on the 2nd Dec - it's yet to arrive. I've been waiting 50mins on the phone for customer service. 50 mins unbelievable. Why do you a number to call when no one answers?
