@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@davesumnersmith @RoyalMail @PostOffice It started before privatisation where they were put in the position of having to provide the full UK service, while courier companies weren't, but then negotiated for RM to do the 'last mile' at discounted rates. Then, have you seen the profits taken out?

@gospeloak8 @read292 @PostOffice Fujitsu may have been aware of faults but seemingly were not told if they’d affected Spmrs, nor asked to provide the evidence to support their case when prosecuting. A lazy IB with no quest for truth, or a legal team under orders to protect the Brand, at expense of own integrity

@ShellEnergyHome I still can't access my latest phone bill to download a PDF copy and your website is useless. I'm considering changing provider at this rate. Since you took on @PostOffice telecoms your customer service team doesn't appear to be able to cope.

If my parcel isn't at my @PostOffice again ready for collection I will be near flipping. At who I don't know. Baring in mind I have to pay extra for this & I don't drive etc. I'll never use @RoyalMail again if I can avoid it.
