@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice Have you guys ever done any customer testing? Where on earth on your site can I find the page to print my own labels and stamps? I did it yesterday and cannot find it today. PUT A LINK ON THE HOME PAGE!!! Unbelievable. Back to ebay web site to print out.

Your taking the absolute piss out of me. Firstly you change the company of my credit card to something that sounds like it should be in Star Wars. Then when I want to cancel it I wait 15 minutes after spelling every word out to be told I’ll get a letter. @PostOffice #jajashite

@PostOffice services within shops are just dire. 3 different attempts to retrieve click n collect parcels and opening/closing times being driven by the needs of the shop rather than the post office. Never using that service again. #TuesdayFeelings #customerexperience #postoffice

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp So the post office will not help me, royal mail will not help, how do we track the parcel that we paid to delivered. It has presents in, someone please take responsibility and sort it out. I have been to the sorting office and they are no help.

@bettnorrisdraws @PostOffice @PostOffice I think the problem here is that most think that the Post Office and Royal Mail are the same company, when in fact RM is PO's client. But in terms of online postage, you aren't supporting the branch as we only get paid pennies for acceptance which hurts us.

Anyone else having problems with the 'Captcha' verification on @PostOffice and @DPDgroup_news tracking on their websites? I gave up with DPD after it kept giving me ever more bicycles, crossways & traffic lights to tick, after getting the first one correct! Useless!
