@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice shambles. 4 different offices for passports not one knows how and send you to the next. If you weren’t publicly owned you’d have gone bust years ago 5hrs of my life I’ll never get back

@AshwiniVaishnaw @IndiaPostOffice I have not been getting the magazines from Sant Nirankari mandal delhi in Faridabad and NHPC postoffice is making it so much difficult, not answering calls either. Made complaint to india post office handle but no resolution till date been 2 mnth

@PostOffice I did. He saw the issue - card rack was loaded by the supplier - and agreed to move that particular card set up to higher level. Might just annoy more adults instead, but hey-ho.

@dexterandpoppy @wrexham @ShellEnergyHome My PostOffice account was allegedly migrated in Feb. Shell then cut off my broadband for 9 days. I had to buy a new router from them, surprise, it didn't work. No compensation, no bill. They can't bill me until June. Is this the worst company on earth ?
