@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@IndiaPostOffice @anuexp92 I visited postoffice on 25-11-2020 and 28-11-2020. Both days postoffice staff told "NO Network" come another day. On 28-11-2020 staff rejected to updated the Passbook itself by saying "NO Network". How many days I take office leave for a simple work from postoffice?

@PostOffice Hi, not heard anything back as if yet but my items been in transit for more than 2-3 weeks so it must be lost, the issue I have is on the claim it’s only covered up to £50 but the item itself is worth more and the counter assistant was aware of that but sold me the wrong service
