@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Yes, it's just down the street and they were closed at 3pm.

@debster82 @PostOffice OMG, well I’ll be furious if the engineer doesn’t turn up! Already had 2.5 weeks of a crap network. Films & music couldn’t be played over xmas & constantly drops out. Getting out as soon as I can. Letter already written to @Ofcom - no one should experience Victorian age wi-fi! 😡

@RoyalMail if you want to protect revenue you really must ensure that @PostOffice tells counter staff to cancel #stamps on over ease secure/barcoded mail as well as inland. Today they were perfectly happy to cancel stamps on Large Letters & parcels, and on Special Delivery 1/2
I swear the @PostOffice sucks . How you guys lose my whole ass package clearly labeled to my address & then blame it on my address being “invalid” but when I call and ask you guys blame it on a “labeling issue” bc my address is obviously valid and now there needs to be an
@PostOffice Well @PostOffice and @RoyalMail we shall see if they bother and regardless it’s a farce and the page should state the rate varies and saying it mentions it on the previous page (below the big red button saying get quite) is at the very least poor UX

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Well tried the web site wouldn’t go through so I filled in a piece of paper. Not only has some toe rag took my money but I spent hours trying to complain that I won’t get back. Shocking service and web site.
@_k2project @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @DPD_UK You gave your money to the Post Office who basically give it to Royal Mail. It’s a service offered on BEHALF of Royal Mail. Nothing else happens other than your parcel is passed over to Royal Mail who are a separate company who then arrange delivery.
@Lindseyy888 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I paid PostOffice and thats what my receipt clearly states. If you are not willing to take the responsibilities for the service you charge for don't do it. I made a mistake to use @PostOffice service, and it's my bad. I have learnt a lesson... @DPD_UK never let me down.
@_k2project @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Post office provides Royal Mail services if you have an issue with the service then you go to the company who are actually responsible.
@_k2project @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Complaining to the Post Office about a Royal Mail issue is like going to KFC and complaining about a Big Mac. Different companies.
@RoyalMail you managed to send my parcel for my 3 yo nephew to a wrong country and all the help I get from you is a formula repeated over and over again. Shame on you! You are as incompetent as your partner @PostOffice
@PostOffice if you do not want take the responsibility for your service, don't provide it. It's simply as that. My mistake that I have put my trust in you. Not gonna happen again.
