Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

We can only offer the royal mail services that rm allow, in same way we only offer selected dvla services etc. There no dishonesty from the staff at Cannington who have been unfairly accused.

One poor guy was working alone and whilst I appreciate everyone is entitled to breaks, his colleague comes out with 46 people in the queue and starts wandering around behind the counter for 5 minutes before cracking on! Very frustrating!

I realised that there was a strike but I paid £6.80 for this service signed for first class recorded. Tracking number is NE415263450GB. Documents were REALLY important & I should get a refund and comp!
