@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice how ******** are you never open. I mean really “reduced services” is one thing, but praying you’re in town for the 30 minutes each week they seem to open takes the piss. How about you start getting your **** together and paying staff a fair wage to sort it.

Hi @PayPoint, i’ve tried your 📞 but it’s a very unhelpful recorded message redirecting to useless website. Two Paypoint local shops are refusing to redeem the energy voucher, a third’s paypoint was out of order. Just tried to redeem at the @PostOffice and was turned away. Help?

I’ve been left in tears and having panic attacks trying to get an okay service in St Andrews then I’m expected to keep supporting you leaving me like this @RoyalMail while @PostOffice is happy to pocket my money without telling senders of the delays. Even complaints never=action.

@DMDMStudios Not usually. But. The town I'm in sees a ton of tourists on weekends (even more in Oct. thru Christmas) So extra cars in mountain town roads that you don't expect on a weekday with bad drivers parking +50mins round trip When all you wanted to do was pop out to the postoffice

@mycoopfood hiya I have tried to go to two co ops this evening to use the @PostOffice facilities the first was Pendeford and the second Oxley both advertised as being open until 8pm both having no trained staff to be able to facilitate the service. Can you help?

@alan09344 @CWUnews @PostOffice Just last week. I think if we get the dispute sorted a large amount of the companies that left will come back, we have less problems with parcels getting damaged or going missing than the other couriers.
