Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

Loobyroux (@loobyroux) reported@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I did talk to someone at the PO thank you. They were very helpful. What if the issue is you work all day and redelivery isn’t an option? You can only pop to the depot on your lunch break which is after 10am? What then? It’s ridiculous.

Macca (@Ginga_Macca) reported@PostOffice if a package keeps getting delivered to the wrong address and I get told to pick it up but I have no red card, as wrong address, and the woman at the depot is rude and doesn't believe its going to the wrong address so is unhelpful how am I meant to get my package??
