Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

I shall now remove all currency from existing card and put the funds into my bank. Then cut the travel card in half. I cannot abide poor service.

We are cutting down on public services, including law enforcement, and this is what they choose to spend resources on?
