@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

Service used: 👉#RoyalMail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm™👈 What they don't tell you at the #PostOffice 👇 If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date 👉PLUS 7 working days👈 the sender might be able to claim for compensation. Cost £6.85 & frankly it's a liberty!🙄

@PostOffice the main PO closed down there have been 100s and 100s of houses built and less and less amenities like the PO. I'd buy my postage online and avoid having to go there altogether but you still have to queue up to get the receipt stamped so what's the point?

@PostOffice Hi, 20 minutes, 8.45 am arrived, non of the self service ready, one lady struggling to keep up with the amount of people waiting, 2 people in the currency area, one looked like they were getting the self service ready, other one just walking about

@PostOffice why are Coop shutting post office counters at 17:00 especially this time of year “it will be after 5 by the time I serve this customer, use the self service” oh surprise nothing to sanitize the screen!!!
