Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

He has to charge far more than people can buy the same service online. The Post Office hates local post masters. Probably trying to recoup the Horizon compensation from them!
