Had to write a cheque the other day, no idea where my cheque book is so got a postal order instead. £35 postal order cost me £39.80!!!! WTF!! Why does it cost so much? Surely a £35 postal order should be £35 or something like a £1 processing fee max @PostOffice #ripoff

@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice Hi, for the past week I've had nothing but issue with your broadband. The internet cuts out every 5-10 minutes consistently. Im using a wired connection, ive restarted the router etc. Is there an problems currently on your side?

Totally forgot how annoying @HSBC_UK are at the moment. Branches only open Mon-Fri 10-4. Just wondering how people like me as a full time key worker in the week are supposed to go to the bank?? Machines don't offer full service. Good job @PostOffice is open & helpful!!

@PostOffice I posted a parcel internationally on the 17/3 and it’s just been posted through my front door today with no note or anything to say why. I’ve paid £4.20 for this service and it wasn’t sent correctly.

@PostOffice Hi, we spend lots with you daily sending parcels it’s great service. However, last week 3 parcels were sent on the same day & all 3 have turned up smashed. We can’t claim because you call them breakable items. We send multiples & never had an issue. Can’t be our fault
