@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice how long does it take the passport office to acknowledge the receipt of an old passport for renewal? Sent via your digital check and send service over a week ago. They are still not showing as received by the passport office.

@Calderdale Did that. They said the only way to vote now was in person. @PostOffice took 3 days to deliver a first class letter. Appalling service.

@PostOffice I’m on the phone number now but no one ever answers. Any other contact method for insurance as they don’t reply to forms/emails either? Do they have their own insurance Twitter? I tried to search but couldn’t find anything. It’s extremely infuriating and bad service!

@PostOffice I sent a letter 1st class next day delivery to be signed for on the 19/4, as yet nine days later it still has not arrived and your customer service says it’s still pending …. Appalling service!

@paullewismoney Hearing so many terrible stories another IT fiasco. Is it run by the postoffice software scammers by any chance? I cried after panorama special for those poor people. no-ones head on block. No doubt will b same scenario when smart meter c..p is uncovered. I will never have one!
