@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@Cotswolds_D @PShootLFWW @PostOffice So sorry you had this experience Cotswolds. I had a similar experience last year. I rang my local sorting office and lodged a complaint directly with them. They apologised and promised the man who did it would never be put on the round again.He was the manager FYI 🙄
