@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

Had to write a cheque the other day, no idea where my cheque book is so got a postal order instead. £35 postal order cost me £39.80!!!! WTF!! Why does it cost so much? Surely a £35 postal order should be £35 or something like a £1 processing fee max @PostOffice #ripoff

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

@PostOffice @PostOfficeNews About 30 mins all in, which is a huge chunk of someone’s lunchtime. Self service points would have solved some of the issue but quite a few dropping parcels - There must be a more efficient way to print labels and drop off.

@PostOffice So no then, you've no reports of stopping Enlish notes? So, rather than using the technology to detect if the notes are 'good', your go-to is just to stop taking notes. Is it not just very poor and slack staff that aren't using the technology, and that's the reason?

@PostOffice I completed a CN22 form electronically when I bought the label. I didn’t attach it though to the parcel. I attached only the label. Is this a major issue??

different. I would go as far to suggest that ALL 2417 HSS applications need an external review of how they were settled especially those early on who had no access to legal support in preparing the claim. Remember @PostOffice ONLY provided legal support AFTER an offer was made.

What do I do when a @PostOffice staff member stole from me, but they are refusing to help? Pretty sure I’ll get “messaged you privately” tweet back. But with absolutely zero help. I got told to open a case, which I did, they told me it’s not their job to help but is @NatWest_Help

@mikeportsmouth Folks still think the #postoffice is a semi-governmental organisation. It's not . It's a private business more concerned with making money for It's shareholders than giving any semblance of a service. It should be renationalised .

The individuals @biztradegovuk who set up the @PostOffice compensation schemes should lose their jobs. Schemes were purposefully devised to be complicated, slow, unfair and cheap. @PostOffInquiry should nail those responsible to the wall on 27th. #PostOfficeScandal
