    @PostOffice it's absolutely disgusting that you can't get through to anyone on the phone.I put a complaint in about my clothes what I was sending in March and still not got them back we are 3 months down the line ffs.

    @PostOffice Hello - Need to pick up my BRP, went to Newcastle under lyme branch (ST51PN) to be told they've been closed until last week and did not have it and to go to Wolstanton Branch (ST50EP) who then also told me they didn't have it...HELP PLEASE - desperately need my docs

    @PostOffice I have just paid £37.08 to post a wedding card and cheque enclosure to ROI and worst part is that I was expected to do it myself at a machine until I objected. This is crazy.

    @PostOffice That's great, thanks. I can give you a more specifically recordable complaint, if this helps - last week, I attempted to post something after the p.o. had closed at 4, got there after it had closed at 2 the next day, then tried the next two days, and the p.o. was closed on both

    Brilliant. @USPS delivered one package to the wrong house,another promised to be there today,at last text, it is a state and half away. I decided to give the #postoffice one more chance because they are close by-never again. I’d rather pay more than this frustration. #FedExtime

    @IndiaPostOffice I already told you to send it again to Rajkot,Gujarat Head PostOffice,i will collect my parcel from there. The parcel contains books and its important for me, many months gone and i already told you one month ago to send my parcel again,So please send it otherwise i complaint!

    @PostOffice terrible service from your Norwood Post office in Sheffield. Refused change on a business account because HSBC don’t use a change giving card!! Showed the post office your website that clearly says HSBC BUSINESS CUSTOMERS TO USE BANK DEPOSIT CARD but still got refused
