@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice hey there, tell me this, who’s fault is it that I posted three 1st Class letters on Tuesday 12th and only one has arrived? Is it Royal Mail’s fault? Is it Post Office? Is it my fault for bothering to use the expensive service that doesn’t deliver?

@PostOffice why does your tracked returns never recognise that the address is inputted? I've put my address in both by selecting from the list and manually, it still won't recognise I've input my address and I want to return items. Have had this problem several times.
