@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

Had to write a cheque the other day, no idea where my cheque book is so got a postal order instead. £35 postal order cost me £39.80!!!! WTF!! Why does it cost so much? Surely a £35 postal order should be £35 or something like a £1 processing fee max @PostOffice #ripoff

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

After privatisation they closed our local sorting office, & the one now dealing with our area can’t cope. Some things never arrive. @paullewismoney Hearing so many terrible stories another IT fiasco. Is it run by the postoffice software scammers by any chance? I cried after panorama special for those poor people. no-ones head on block. No doubt will b same scenario when smart meter c..p is uncovered. I will never have one!
