@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@NowHearThisUK @RoyalMail @PostOffice I’m guessing you mean a DL envelope (A4 sheet folded into 3). There isn’t a service called Recorded Delivery and hasn’t been since 2003. All delivery gets recorded nowadays unless you just put a stamp on it. £9.25 is the price for Special Delivery; what was Registered until 1988.

@pplrstupid977 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I bought IN the post office though, the post office staff completed the form and advised which postage service to use. Therefore between Post office and Royal Mail one is liable for the failed delivery because I now can’t get a refund of the item.
