@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice I paid £11 to post 2 parcels, signed for next day delivery. I sent them on the 1st Dec and they still have not arrived 4 days later. The supposed pool who deal with these issues are not available until Monday...terrible service..

@SPARNI @PostOffice “if the shops open, we’re open!” Is the slogan being pushed is it not? Tell that to the spar in Groomsport! Walked down to post Xmas pressies and was told “it closes at half 12 on a Saturday!” Annoyed and frozen from a pointless walk!

@PostOffice #PostOfficeDropAndGo I have a drop and go account - shipped a parcel to USA last week with label stating the service I wanted etc - it has been shipped at £3.10 and arrived safely at my door in Cornwall. How do I claim the £3.10 back?

@PostOffice Your queuing in @WHSmith is not COVID secure. Minimal staff on duty, no one ensuring social distancing taking place. Customer behind me stood way too close and staff do nothing even when she pushed past me to go to a different counter. Disgusting
