It's the only way how employees can put pressure on their employers. It's INCONVENIENT for us. It's VITAL for them.

Either way i paid to the post office for a service. if there is an issue within your systems/processes in the background that resulted in my item not being redirected - me not getting the service i paid for

The item was never redirected and so weve just been to Bolton to ask for a refund and were basically told sorry not our fault no refund and nothing we can so about it

Its all activated and topped up but she can't use it. Also doesn't have access to WiFi or good enough signal to use her app and check. Any help you can give is appreciated

Depresso.Clique (@X4miz) reported@PostOffice Been trying to send a letter for 3 weeks at this point, whenever i go there tills are closed because of lack of staff, the shop is getting horrible reviews everyday because of this, first two times i waited in the queue for 1 hour each time, just to be told they close early.
