@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

I went to the postoffice to send the packages of international shipments; according the office all asian countries are restricted at the moment, shipments to EU and America are possible, I'll try to solve the problem before the end of the week so that your packages are sent asap

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp Morning. I bought a laptop battery from eBay. It wasn't the issue on the laptop so I packaged it back up and went to the PO to post it back. But they would not accept it. Why can they send it to me, but I can't send it back to them?

@PostOffice I have being trying to discuss an issue that a local Post office has admitted to doing in correctly with your customer services team but they won't give me the time of day. I have lost a small amount of money but been treated in a very disgusting manner

@PostOffice I have a simple need- to register my flight on an existing annual travel policy.Your site says can only be done on a link you sent when policy purchased. Yes I’ve found it but NO doesn’t work. Now been on phone for over 20 minutes!! Poor!!
