    @PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

    Had to write a cheque the other day, no idea where my cheque book is so got a postal order instead. £35 postal order cost me £39.80!!!! WTF!! Why does it cost so much? Surely a £35 postal order should be £35 or something like a £1 processing fee max @PostOffice #ripoff

    @NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

    @PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

    @PostOffice having taken out your insurance for a holiday and needed to claim why does it take so long for the claim to be processed? Went in June 2022 and still waiting….. waiting - really painful and awful service!

    @PostOffice used self service at post office in whsmith Sutton and got completely ignored by customer services advisor when parcel needed collecting even though one saw me standing there.I had to ask them to come and help me

    @POckelford @PostOffice Thats royal mails decision to only offer that service via their online channels. We can only offer the royal mail services that rm allow, in same way we only offer selected dvla services etc. There no dishonesty from the staff at Cannington who have been unfairly accused.

    This is why @PostOffice is finished, got a Christmas card today, was posted on 5th December!!, a month , that's a quality service, not. 🤔

    @PostOffice Hiya. Do you know when the Porthcawl branch will fix its WiFi? Went down there today and was told the WiFi wasn't working and they were not sure when it will be fixed. Needed a driving licence renewal this week.

    @PostOffice Hi, 2 days ago when I chased it again and got the generic reply of-We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and delay in responding etc Why has it took since June? You’ve had all paperwork for months- still no movement- bloody awful service

    @PostOffice It was Wellingborough Road. One poor guy was working alone and whilst I appreciate everyone is entitled to breaks, his colleague comes out with 46 people in the queue and starts wandering around behind the counter for 5 minutes before cracking on! Very frustrating!

    @PostOffice My letter should have got to its destination on Friday 16 Dec. I realised that there was a strike but I paid £6.80 for this service signed for first class recorded. Tracking number is NE415263450GB. Documents were REALLY important & I should get a refund and comp!
