    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    So stressed out by @ukhomeoffice 3 rejected passport photos coz my mouth may be open or background lighting isn’t bright enough. I AM BLACK it’s obvious you can see me!!!! @PostOffice not my fault that photo booths are ****! Photoshops are closed coz of lockdown #frustrated

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    @IndiaPostOffice Already solan postoffice handled the issue but reported there is no sign of missing the item.. But it happened.. The item is replaced.. No one is true at their task in that issue..the receiver is the buyer from me.. She doesn't know that the parcel is tampered..

    @PostOffice You closed down the proper PO and moved it into WHSmith with promises of extended hours (Sundays/eves) and then the hours have been whittled down until it is barely open and badly understaffed when it is. Then PO & WHS blame each other and customers are left stranded. Monopoly.

    @adebradley @PostOffice Might want to ask the Australians. FWIMBY, I’ve hired cars in Australia several times without an IDL, and I’ve never had an issue. Can’t remember whether I was using 🇬🇧or 🇺🇸 license at the time, though. [ I have used IDLs for other places, but not Oz ]

    @PostOffice Terrible customer all round. Nowhere online available to make a formal complaint nor via phone. Secondly arrived at the post office 5 minutes before closing and was told the post office was already closed for the day… wants that about?
