  • LauraPopkid Laura Newbould (@LauraPopkid) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice such rude staff at your Kingston Road branch in Hampton Wick. I cannot believe how many years I have been subject to this poor level of service and attitude.

  • philrichardsuk Phil Richards (@philrichardsuk) reported from City of London, England

@PostOffice I was passing by so didn't need it today. But this is just one of many complaints locals have about thus sub Post Office which includes rude staff.

  • schulkes James Schulkes (@schulkes) reported from Hammersmith, England

.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

  • ataylor89 Adam Taylor (@ataylor89) reported from Sevenoaks, England

@PostOffice I’ve just submitted a complaint via your website regarding appalling and rude customer service at Otford branch. I look forward to hearing what actions your taking to sort it.

  • Rvr1991 River (@Rvr1991) reported from London, England

The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

  • eniolaxx EnnyCooks 🇳🇬🇳🇬 (@eniolaxx) reported from Islington, England

I’ve just had the most horrendous experience at @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews and trying to make a complaint has never been so long

  • monaghan_ellen Ellen Monaghan (@monaghan_ellen) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

  • Dawnf1 Dawn (@Dawnf1) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

  • eziosavva Ezio Savva (@eziosavva) reported from Islington, England

@PostOffice why am I waiting for a long time more than 10 mins at Islington branch. Only two staff and long queue. Not good service

  • jamesvertigan James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

  • msjw1960 Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, England

How come when you post something ‘Guaranteed Delivery Next Day’ and it never arrives neither @RoyalMail nor @PostOffice will take responsibility! #lostmail #importantpapers #lost

  • mridout196 Matt Ridout (@mridout196) reported from Wandsworth, England

Hey @PostOffice I paid for travel currency to be delivered to my local PO but it never arrived. I’m off on holiday tmw & now have no money to spend as refund takes 7 days.. #travel #tbloggers

  • equalitywarrior sarah guerra (@equalitywarrior) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Why though it’s stupid and annoying

  • sweelee1 sweelee (@sweelee1) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

  • Streethats Deborah Brown (@Streethats) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PostOffice again #hammersmith king street PO and no self service but a queue....#CustomerExperience

  • msjw1960 Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice Well we’ve submitted our complaint to Royal Mail so let’s see! Doesn’t help the fact important payment not received in time so our case thrown out of Court!

  • jamie_penfold Jamie Penfold ⚒ (@jamie_penfold) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ajourno101 Ali Strachan Brown 🇪🇺 RejoinEU #3.5% 💙🕷 (@ajourno101) reported

@hepolytes This is the most heartbreaking story and a crime against these people. All their lives ruined. You can’t get that time back.Who actually sent people to jail on this evidence? Did the authorities not look at the system when there were so many errors. Beggars belief. @PostOffice

  • Cheeky_Chap_UK Cheeky Chappie (@Cheeky_Chap_UK) reported

It seems almost unbelievable that #PaulaVennells was awarded a CBE for services to the @PostOffice Surely in the wake of what the #PostOfficeScandal has uncovered, there needs to be a full criminal investigation of all those involved from the top down.

  • cholten99 David Durant (@cholten99) reported

@steveparks What gets my about the terrible #Horizon debacle is that it isn't just the @PostOffice senior managers who have sat on the truth of this for decades. There must be any number of their technical people who must have known the truth of what happened but, AFAIK, no whistle blowers.

  • RolandButter13 Roland Butter (@RolandButter13) reported

Remember the #PostOffice scandal happened with active participation & support from various Tory govts. Post Office is state owned with government representation on its board directing the cover up & prosecutions. Expect government push back for a public inquiry. #BorisJohnson

  • JudyWeb92176381 Judy 48%🌹 #NHS💙 #ClimateEmergency #RejoinEU ⭐ (@JudyWeb92176381) reported

@davidallengreen @JudiciaryUK @PostOffice Some of the PO's victims were manipulated into say they were guilty even though they plainly weren't. Can the law help them?

  • BpsmithUk Bryan Smith #RejoinEU (@BpsmithUk) reported

@rEUnion_PartyUK @Fujitsu_Global @PostOffice Well, the Horizon software was singled out as culpable due to the bugs & errors by the judge, so it was the reason for the accounting errors. The Post Office is culpable because it covered them up, denied they happened & pushed for prosecuton despite knowing.

  • BeanySal Sal (@BeanySal) reported

@PostOffice it beggers belief that when it emerged there were more than a dozen postmasters with cash issues after the introduction of new software, that it wasnt properly looked into then. These glitches have ruined lives. #Unbelievable #rewardappropriatecompensation

  • danpatriley Dan Riley (@danpatriley) reported

@pjm1kbw @PostOffice Are they going to be able to get significant compensation? These people should, at the very least, never have to worry about money again for them or their families. Should be seven figures minimum for every one

  • Dowellenough Julien Burcher (@Dowellenough) reported

@davidallengreen @JudiciaryUK @PostOffice I wish you could read the email I got from Stephen...he made 4 applications for disclosure in the Misra case c2010. Every time = application turned down. Expert evidence freaks courts in my experience but that’s no excuse for this presumption being discovered to be erroneous now?

  • graham_driver Graham Driver (@graham_driver) reported

@ch1pme1ster @PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Her name is Paula Vennells. CEO of the Post Office until Feb 2019. Awarded a CBE and is an Anglican minister - obviously a very poor Christian.
