    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    Get to @PostOffice for 9am. Staff member is 10 minutes late opening counter. Then complains that I have too many parcels (14) and it’s not fair to take that number of parcels to a single handed post office 😳🧐 Same place that I recently witnessed being rude to elderly customer!

    @IndiaPostOffice I am staying in Vidyanagar , pune , mah. visited postoffice on Thu , there was a board saying working only mon - wed- fri. went on Friday: closed. went on Monday: Network down & No cash went on Wed : No cash/ No network. goverment dept works this way???

    @SenDuckworth Every day we see evidence of the mess he is making of our postoffice. Worst Christmas delivery season ever. Cards 30 days late, pkgs going all over the place but where they were suppose to go. His destruction is destroying it.

    @PostOffice Hi, my son paid a parking fine at a local post office. The wrong reference number was on the receipt he was issued with from yourselves , which has now led to the fine being double the amount as Manchester City council have no record of the amount being paid. Help!
