    @PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

    @PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

    @PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

    @PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

    @PostOffice I have been served downstairs and find it fine, a friendly and ordinary shop experience. My experience is that to go upstairs is where the customer service and the wait time is unacceptable. That’s all I wanted to comment.

    @PostOffice It’s every visit. A 30min queue to wait in and two women who bark ‘Counter Three’ at you, my last visit a week/ish ago was 45 minutes in a queue of over 20 people whilst one lady served and one did something admin at a v leisurely pace. Really poor attitude from staff upstairs
