@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

If only the @PostOffice & @RoyalMail had some magical way of communicating to their counters that parcels addressed to PO Boxes should NEVER under ANY circumstances be sent through @parcelforce as they DO NOT dleiver to PO Boxes. Maybe a memo?

@PostOffice Does a branch near Wantage have this service available? I went to Didcot yesterday a staff member told me it was fine to keep driving if my photocard expired and she would take my details and contact me when the system was working again.

@DVLAgovuk can someone contact me regarading renewing my Driving licence as just been to @PostOffice and been told their service is out of order and has been for weeks. Told to do online but don’t have valid passport. No good when I need to renew quickly.
