@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Main post office in southend town centre, 1 cashier with massive queue, all the self service machines closed, people walking away. Many congratulations on your campaign running post offices down,so hard to use,driving people away & making it easier to close branches 😡

@Guy3ru5h @MoneySavingExp Can a supplier of a service that I have to contract with demand payment in a specific form? Eg car tax, can govt declare they'll only accept digital payment and disallow cash payment at postoffice? I'm trying to understand this from all sides so sorry if it's an idiot question

@PostOffice why send me updates to say I can pick my parcel from GlebeFarmPO, when I get there it’s closed!Shutters are down & padlocked.I asked nearby shops who confirmed that this branch had issues and maybe closed! I have rang and visited 4 times! I’m fuming and disappointed!

Dear @IndiaPostOffice I have ordered a flag from postoffice's official website on 11th August 2022 paying Rs 25/- via UPI. However, I have not received the flag until now. Only two hours left until August 15, 2022. Please improve your service and refund my money.

@PostOffice 2/2 customers who want this service must travel 50 miles for the same service. Someone senior at PO HQ needs their arse kicking daily until they have remedied this. Old ppl in particular now suffer. No doubt yr service stats show 99%. Usual BS. Fix it or sack the fool
