@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Hi, the point is, two fold. Firstly, a web search says it is still open, it took quite a lot of digging to find anything to say it was shut. Secondly, I have no transport. You are not providing a service to a growing population. Very poor indeed.

Visited my local @PostOffice where previously was abused for non mask wearing this time served no problem by the same guy except he shouted “wear a mask” as I left despite him NOT wearing one while at a counter not socially distanced from his co-worker- hypocritical arsehole 🤯

@PostOffice avoid Belle Vale, Merseyside post office in the Shopping Centre, staff there are beyond rude. A good customer services course would probably be futile!
