@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice shocking visit to Post Office in Hanley, Stoke-On-Trent. Over 40 minute wait for counter service due to only having one member of staff. Absolutely appalling which made me late for other appointments. Unacceptable wait time!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I’ve done that and they told me to go to my post office to see if they were still at the post office. My post office refused to do anything. You’re both useless aren’t you. Neither of you are actually willing to help any customers are you? You just pass the blame on to each other

@PostOffice Just been to a post office in Salford to be told the service is down. I was told its nationwide when I asked if its just this location. Any update on when this will be working?
