No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.

As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.
