@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice @PostOfficeNews massive complaint from a branch sub post-mistress. Systems have been down since Saturday, only 1 computer working due to a Post office engineer attempted to correct an issue made it worse. I need an engineer ASAP to my branch and compensation for error

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

Hey @PostOffice Why is it you take a parcel to one post office and get a price that does not sound right. Then you take it to another down the road and you get a cheaper price! Is there a scam going on here?
