@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

If you have expired £50 or £20 paper notes don’t expect @firstdirect to help you as a customer get them exchanged or paid in as legal tender. They just tell you to go to the Bank of England in London and fob you off. #crapservice Meanwhile the @PostOffice were happy to help.

  • kiers Kieran Metcalfe (@kiers) reported

@richclarkimages @PostOffice What a nightmare... Is it less of an issue if you use click and drop, printing the label at home?

  • MickGillick Mick Gillick (@MickGillick) reported

@PostOffice 25 minutes - only one person serving (at lunchtime) one other working behind the counter but not making them available to help with the queue and one staff member helping (less than 3) people with the self serve machines - the customer priority was the growing queue.

  • BHUNGAN99863827 BHUNGANE (@BHUNGAN99863827) reported

@azania1023 People are so discouraged by corruption in ANC, and Government yet service delivery is at a very poor state.illustration Education poor, Electricity, Water, and PostOffice, Police, Health, unemployment escalating, to mention few.

  • Steve63619233 Steve (@Steve63619233) reported

@PostOffice personally i hope the strikes completely damage the business and they lose their jobs ...we have 1.5 million low-skilled jobs in the UK your posties are more capable of making burgers (with a bit of training)

@PostOffice How thick are your staff at Shepherds Bush? “due to the CWU strike we have closed the self service tills. Use the staffed tills. Why? Why close the self service tills?”
