Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

Orange John 3 Peak Challenges (@OrangeJohnMoun1) reported@PostOffice @whatfredisays No overhead cost yet postmaster still has to pay rent/mortgage insurance utilities and staff wages to order in/sort and count out to customer , give all branches fair and equal rates , when branches close due to been unviable then all at Pol are out of work too

The staff member told me to go to the @PostOffice, I did, and they do not offer that service there so I wasted more time!

The chapter 'Paula Vennells Speaks' is most enlightening. Most of these people lost their jobs but I see you still have yours.
