Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DebatingRoom David The Grey  (@DebatingRoom) reported

@PatGrove2 @PostOffice @RoyalMail Worse, to be fair. The Royal Mail simply suppress wages and made many of their staff redundant during privatisation. The Post Office falsely accused staff of fraud due to a known software issue, leading to them being imprisoned.

  • simonharris_mbd Simon Harris - Man Behaving Dadly (THAT’S DADLY) (@simonharris_mbd) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Can your main resolution be to take payment for envelopes, wine gums and newspapers at the Post Office counter? I’m sure that some IT wizard could come up with a POS system that allows dual functionality.

  • gibson_gibson3 stephanie gibson (@gibson_gibson3) reported

@Blacktowergirl @PostOffice @RoyalMail Yes but the post office needs to know what's inside to provide the correct service for the value of the item. I work for Royal Mail and you would not believe what customers actual post and is prohibited.

  • B_Advised AQ (@B_Advised) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail This is a trap to find stupid people who use 'your' when they should use 'you're'. I see what you're doing.

  • sustainablist1 Mary Fuller (@sustainablist1) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Maybe that is part of the problem.

  • sam_bambs Sam (@sam_bambs) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail You need a proper comms person who can explain to you that the business view doesn’t matter a jot. It’s what the customer thinks that endures. And the customer sees it as a single service. Not multiple suppliers and partners.

  • rockyghughes Rocky Hughes (@rockyghughes) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail We no that by how poorly you treat your staff !!

  • worldtrader86 worldtrader86 (@worldtrader86) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Dont blame you. @RoyalMail is the most rubbish postal service I have ever come across. Mis managed by money hungry workers. They all need a head wobble and right foot up their back end. Pigeons could do a better job if they were incharged.

  • hayleyed74 Hayley Edwards (@hayleyed74) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Well, how's that going? Our Post Office only has 1 counter open out of 5. The self checkouts are never open and your lucky if there's 2 members of staff in there!! Last time I went in there was 15 of us in the queue with 1 person behind the counter!! I gave up after 30 minutes

  • AndyTaurus Andy (@AndyTaurus) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Paula Vennells ex ceo of post office never thought so according to an article posted in the NFSP sept 2017 "bonds that must never be broken". Current post office CEO no interest in in lost parcel rates. you are full of 💩
