@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Hello again, Tom - 30 mins from joining queue to getting to the front. At least it wasn’t raining and not quite as bad as it was the other day, when I waited more than 35 mins.

@OmTheReality Can never forget! There were no cell phones..only landlines..I cud not go near the postoffice in RS Puram where was mom was inside..cordoned off.. I was shaking with fear..seeing smoke and blood and stench of human flesh burning..what commotion..! Understood fear first hand !!

Whoever decided to put @PostOffice counters in @WHSmith branches should be taken out back and shot. Long queues, dismal premises and unhappy untrained staff. Can't wait for the day WH Smith go bust. Horrible horrible company.

@siany_d @PostOffice Have to admit that I’m a bit confused as to why the POL SM team need to “follow up” something that’s clearly NOT a PO issue. Photocopy prices are nothing to do with PO!

@Pippatron2103 @PostOffice The RM customer service point should definitely accept them, as they are a RM product. POs should, but some have started to refuse them due to those labels ripping off the postmasters.
