@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@RoyalMailHelp Thanks for your reply. I spoke to Royal Mail on Friday and @PostOffice has now accepted there is a problem with the Horizon computer system in branch for online purchased International shipping labels. It is supposed to be fixed by today, but I'm dropping my parcels to DO.

@PostOffice Your service is ridiculous. I want to order some foreign currency for my daughter - £300 worth of USD but the minimum required for delivery or collection from a branch is £400! How do you suggest I do this exactly?!

@PostOffice I sent important documentation by recorded delivery and it never got delivered. It took a week to find out it's ended up at Dartford DO, about 100 miles from where it was sent from or supposed to be delivered to! Filled out a claim form and heard nothing!

Terrible service from @PostOffice travel insurance… bought a premium policy, issues when trying to register online, been waiting weeks for someone to call back, numerous calls and being on hold constantly and can’t get through to anyone! Customer Service??

@passportsevamea PSK says Police submitted a clear report for file number MA2086649237321. Status showed PCC letter issued but now showing under verification. Never got call from postoffice agent for delivery. Plz resolve the issue.

@PostOffice I was just in my local Post Office, 30 mins ago...and the service is not available NOR are there any forms to do it via the post. Not that I want to use the postal option. I NEED the Post Office service back up and running!
