@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@wierdhead @nickwallis @PostOffice said it before, will say it again - all Post Office staff involved in this utterly disgraceful miscarriage of justice should have any & all professional status removed, be stripped of any honours & have their personal assets seized by the courts for reparation to the victims

@sarahsparkle100 @PostOffice Ha ha ha ! You are kidding aren’t you ? Post office@s up and down the country were working flat out during the lockdown !! And before you complain about a branch being shut early, did you even attempt to find out why ? No? Didn’t think so, just complain.

Just been to a @HSBC_UK bank to pay money in was told to go to a @PostOffice branch I guess customers aren't required by you anymore . Never heard of businesses saying go to a competitor . 🤷

Glad to hear from @PostOffice that they're fighting to protect the 3 free ATMs at branches in Enfield North. Bank closures have left us with a real cash access issue, and I'll continue working with PO and others to safeguard these vital community resources. #SaveOurCash

I’m so glad it’s my last week with @PostOffice WiFi 😬 internet has been so poor it made wfh impossible and for the last few weeks haven’t been able to watch Netflix or Iplayer.

@Whatthedickenzz @PostOffice Central Brighton really lacks in any decent PO. Church Road is terrible, St james Street is worse. There used to be one on cromwell road but the postmaster retired.
