I rang my local sorting office and lodged a complaint directly with them. They apologised and promised the man who did it would never be put on the round again.He was the manager FYI 🙄

Don't forget the new @PostOffice in @WHSmith is better than the old location that had more counter staff to deal with customers as well as services available.
