@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice please advise how you’re supposed to get through to someone on your broadband team? Elderly mother without connection for days. No one answers phone and your website customer support email when used gets ‘doesn’t exist’ automated response. It’s awful your service

@PostOffice Ryan.. to make matters worse. We have just called Shell. They have said they have not received existing customer details from PO. They have said my mother has to continue to try contact you. Which is now hours on hold since first trying on Friday. This is utterly ridiculous

@matt03258906 @PostOffice You can send a letter to "FREEPOST Post Office Customer Care", but it is the same team who would respond anyway. Once again, contacting PO Ltd doesn't affect the queues at a branch as the vast majority are separate businesses whose staff are employed by them, not POL.

Have now reported the missing phones to the police to get a crime number to force @PostOffice & @RoyalMail to take action as they basically wouldn’t help me any further & just shut me down. @SkyUK are at least trying to help now & advised me to do this.
