No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

I want to support you, but #Lowestoft PO changing its opening hours without notice all the time, makes it impossible for those trying to send regular parcels. I'm fed up with them trying to force parcels through it and now letterbox has been damaged by him! I caught him and challenged him and he couldn't care less. Poor customer service!
