@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@CStewartSHS @PostOffice A memory of my son about 3 years old in a post office. At the counter he kept saying hello lady hello lady to the woman serving at the counter. She totally ignored him. It made me so angry. I shouted in a loud voice I'm sorry the lady's ignoring you.Not everyone's that rude.

Sent my driving licence renewal to @DVLAgovuk on 10 June via #PostOffice. Told 10-14 days. Yeah, right. I kept the receipt, thankfully, as I have heard nothing since. No passport, no access to democracy under Tory plans. Fingers out, DVLA. WTF? #InstitutionalDisenfranchisement

@CStewartSHS @PostOffice Having done something similar I still cringe that I actually said to the rude person - with appropriate teacher glare: "Excuse me sir, but would you like to be spoken to in that manner?" The guy must have been in 20 years older than me and to be fair did look rather sheepish.

@DVLAgovuk @sue1973x That doesn't help DVLA HAVE THE PHOTOCARD and have had for 8+ weeks when it was submitted to have PCV added The entire licence now expired & now can't even APPLY for renewal POST OFFICE REFUSING to do without photocard! @PostOffice please clarify if can renew without photocard

@PostOffice That's the problem The photocard is with DVLA having PCV added ...had it for weeks In the meantime the entire licence (B) expired I understand can drive IF renewal in progress Buy can't even start the process as you STILL haven't added the PCV
