@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

Well done in the Customer Services stakes:NOT. ? Is it @mccolls ? or is it @morrison who arbitrarily close their NE16 local @postoffice because today the (understaffed anyway) "convenience" store ain't got enough workers. THE "sprat to catch a mackerel" ruse short of bait now?

@PostOffice THE SERVICE AT THE POST OFFICE IS MEDIOCRE. ON 12/19/22 I MAILED AN ENVELOPE TO ISRAEL AND GOT IT BACK ON 12/23/22 AT MY HOME IN FLORIDA. THE ENVELOPE HAS NOT YET BEEN MAILED. A HUMAN CALAMITY IN THAT GOV. OFFICE. WROTE A LETTER TO WASHIN, DC TO SHARE MY FRUSTRATION.

@PostOffice what a terrible government office! nothing works there. Won't recommend it to my best friends. Mailed an envelope to Israel on 12/19/22 and got it back on 12/23/22 without any explanation. Shame on all you! Reported all of you to Consumer Advocate in Washington, DC.

@PostOffice your Barnstaple branch inside @WHSmith is a joke, staffing levels have been next to nothing for months now, 1 person working, no self service available, just spent best part of 30 mins waiting and moved up 2 people. Left with the parcel I went in to send.
