@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@BarryShipteas @PostOffice 3. In order to get a self service kiosk, POL have to approve you for it, want your printer moving to a more ideal place ( to help with ease for the customer).... I was quoted £1k ( & we have to use their engineers... in the contract).

@revkollektiv While at Lidl there were a couple of irresponsible unmasked lads, it is a far more serious matter when staff fail to lead by example, it corrodes the whole approach of taking responsibility for each other. What do you say, @PostOffice ?

My mum died 2 months ago and @PostOffice told us to email them her death certificate to cancel the internet package. We did and heard nothing. They've continued to send us bills and insisted we pay them. It's so frustrating and the last thing we need.

@scullyp @PostOffice You need to do the right thing though. You need to compensate all affected by this scandal. Without the Bates trial the truth about what was going on would not have surfaced. The govt must have paid POL around £100M to defend this and help then run out of funding. ☹. Help all

@PostOffice worst customer I’ve received in my life @ your catford branch agent told me he doesn’t care about my inquiry because he gets paid anyway absolutely horrible please change these behaviours in your branch!!
