    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice I have tried emailing but no response. My mother posted a parcel and a Royal Mail worker has stolen the contents. The PO assistant advised on the service required and @RoyalMail have advised me the contents isn’t insured. How do I claim compensation from yourselves?

    @MissBelleKnight @PostOffice The thing is, because you paid them, they will be able to answer questions about your account - what bank you're with (because of your sort code), your address (because of the postcode) and so on. It will even be a call from your bank's customer service number (spoofed)

    @PostOffice Help please. Impossible to contact Llandudno branch by phone to ask if they are *actually open* for photocard renewals (they have been closed without warning recently). It's a 47-mile round trip on the off chance they *might* be open. How do I find out? Thanks.

    Completely rude and unhelpful staff at @PostOffice Patchway, Bristol. Kept asking me the "value" of my parcel even though I didn't want it insured. "Oh I have to do my job". Your job is NOT to decipher the exact value of my parcel!

    @PostOffice how do we make a complaint about a dangerous royal mail driver? Disgusting behaviour through our 30mph village today KY65 GUK through Elmton at 4pm where the driver overtook a car going the speed limit through speed bumps whilst dogs and pedestrians were present.

    @PostOffice wasn’t given any options or information when I paid an extortionate fee to send documents to Ireland, and now they have been returned. PO staff VERY unhelpful and refused service. Docs are time sensitive - now what?
