@CStewartSHS @PostOffice Clem - I do agree, but one has to be careful nowadays as some people are unpredictable and you never know how they could react. I feel if they are politely reprimanded, they should hopefully feel a sense of shame and become embarrassed and realise their conduct was unacceptable.

The guy must have been in 20 years older than me and to be fair did look rather sheepish.
