@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@passportsevamea This is old tracking number and the packet was returned due to lack of cordination between postoffice and postman due to lock down or unknown reason. The @rpoghaziabad redispatched this on 12th of May 2021. Kindly send the tracking number for the same. Thanks
