I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

Meanwhile our mail is being delivered to the wrong address and we are getting theirs. Simpler to tell specific sorting office there’s a problem on x route and please make a note? rather than this centralised system?
