    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice I'm not asking to choose denominations? But I've never had a currency order which is purely in big notes, that is just crazy. How do you spend that? You can't just walk up to every small retailer with a big bill and expect it to be OK.

    @PostOffice I can't actually phone the branch to check before I travel and as I don't have a passport I am reliant on the post office for this service. As it is, I am applying early, but I am still going to be licenceless for a period of time. You really need to do things better!

    As happy as i was with @PostOffice service for my foreign currency order, I really have to question why they thought it ok to have almost no small change in the order? Of ~70 bills 49 of them were $50. No $10 bills at all. Who on earth thinks that's sensible or acceptable?

    @PostOffice On 23/12/21 I paid £200 cash into my Co-op bank account at a PO counter. It never arrived in my account. I believe your staff stole the money. You've ignored my emails for a month now & deleted my FB post to you about it. Why won't you engage with me to discuss this?

    Most underrated bank bank of india I have apply for debit card one month bank but no receive from postoffice and I go bank no help from bank side and also call to customer care no help from. I have told to all people don't open bankaccount in bank of india @BankofIndia_IN @RBI

    @PostOffice all old digital machines have been taken away by postofice. It should have been replaced by tablet but all nearby postoffices are still waiting for tablet delivery. still cant find a branch which has digital service.
