Like I'm going to hang around the house literally all day and half the evening waiting for them to not turn up 3 times in a row?! Get in the bin TNT...

@GlenAshby @PostOffice Exactly the same poor service at your Mover Lane Barking sorting office, I waited 45 minutes to collect my parcel. When I finally got to the counter the entire place was a mess, parcels on the floors, bits of paper everywhere, coffee mugs, the place looks toally unorganised.
