I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

I don’t think the cashiers in all branches realise how important it is to do those proof of postage when requested and shouldn’t be questioned. Makes me feel stressed.
