Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

That hasn't happened for the last 20 years, apart from exceptions like the Olympics, and a few one-offs.
