@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet In my life and most gay peoples’ life, every day. But if you want examples of people receiving physical/verbal abuse for holding their boyfriend’s hand in public, go to google. Search in Twitter. It won’t take long - I’m not your damn researcher.

Post Office Issues Reports

  • alison_pannell Ali-Pan (@alison_pannell) reported

@KeillerDon I worked as a sub postmaster at the time - they treated us with absolute contempt. Luckily it was a very small postoffice so when they said I was £100 down, I did manage to prove they were wrong - or perhaps they could not be bothered to do me for a small amount.

  • DeeRemsive DeeRemsive (@DeeRemsive) reported

@PostofficeSa @PostOffice Do we have to question with the same people who are getting their R350 your service is poor. Again he people working at Nivana post office in polokwane feel as if we have to beg them to help us out.. I've been going there for a week now with no luck

  • PeterBa82304711 Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 #NUFC 'till I die ! (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@johnredwood @YvetteHenson 1/2 And why did the #PostOffice & #Fujitsu ignore &/or hide the fact that there were significant problems with said it system, preferring instead to shift the blame onto totally innocent people ? At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

  • JimCforEU JimCforEU #FBPA #DitchJohnson #DitchBrexit (@JimCforEU) reported

@j1f1m04 @BBCSounds @PostOffice Have worked a whole career in computer software, I was *certain* from the start that software errors were responsible & the criminally wronged sub-postmasters/mistresses innocent in the vast majority of cases. #PostOfficeScandal #JailPostOfficeDirectors

  • tweevils22 natalie brownell (@tweevils22) reported

@NormanBrennan Those @PostOffice who were in charge of implementing and monitoring the system have blood on their hands and their heads should roll or do prison time did no one think, what's the common denominator with over 500 instances of the same problem? 🤬

  • KevinLockyer3 Kevin Lockyer (@KevinLockyer3) reported

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice This is a real issue. I have watched vulnerable elderly customers being sold services they do not need and the staff excuse is that “Royal Mail require us to do it.” It is unethical and I want to know why it is happening

  • ANSTELLOK Pauline Wilson (@ANSTELLOK) reported

@PostOffice Hi Ryan, I tried to contact Royal Mail as well as yourselves, it was impossible to get the email details I required. They are simply not available,so I turned to social media in desperation. Do you have email details for Royal Mail customer services? Or the email for their CEO?

  • LornaWh69121315 Lorna White (@LornaWh69121315) reported

@VarchasPatel @PostOffice We have become a country were poor decision making by poor decision makers are not immediately rectified but where the shovel is passed on like a baton to the next in line, who also continues digging.

  • chrish9070 Christopher Head (@chrish9070) reported

@SarahLudford @PostOffice Questions NEED to be asked why they went into the High Court case in 2018/19 with the motto Horizon was robust, no signs of issues and Sub Postmasters are lying and thieves. Spent huge sums of money to try win the case and when going against them attempted recusal of J Fraser.
