Anyone who has worked in IT knows systems are only as good as the way they're tested. Even with thorough testing, faults will be missed. Arrogance was the problem here - a refusal to believe the system could be wrong despite evidence it was.

Inflation is running rampant, energy bills through the roof and profits of £758 million were posted in March. Pay our posties properly!
