@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice Not sure on exact dates but they were Saturdays before Christmas, busy period, and also yesterday, massive queue, poor lady serving was really up against it. Usually only two staff on when I visit so one on own if other on break. Thanks for looking into this

@PostOffice OK well this is a problem because even royalmail argued they couldn't take them, and more importantly the PO branch didn't tell me this, they said there was a barcode error. So confusing who's job it is when you follow website instruction on posting!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.
