    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @IndiaPostOffice Rangareddy District court Post office-500074 They are not taking any deposits from 2 weeks they are telling that not working from 2 weeks I am going towards that postoffice they are not taking it please take serious action to that SPM & ensure to take deposits.

    @BritishGas @PostOffice @professorgreen British gas priority service telephone customer service has turned into an absoloute joke, every time I call it routed to an agent abroad, someone with limited english, lengthy phonecalls for a 2min issue as they have limited understanding of what im saying

    Never again. Agreeing to automatic renewal with @PostOffice insurance when I know @comparethemkt or @Gocompare would be cheaper option. A simple oversight then costs me a £20 fine and no help from the helpdesk. You've lost a customer. I'd canx now but for £55 fee.

    Hey @PostOffice I’ve just been told by @edfenergy that you are sending out the vouchers for the £66 government help with electric. Can you please tell me when I will receive it ? Because myself and my parents and many more haven’t received them. We were promised the 1st 2 weeks !

    @PostOffice Every conplaints form ends up in a 403 Error. The email addresses do not work. Where do I complain about poor staff behaviour at my Post Office?
