.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@adebradley @PostOffice Might want to ask the Australians. FWIMBY, I’ve hired cars in Australia several times without an IDL, and I’ve never had an issue. Can’t remember whether I was using 🇬🇧or 🇺🇸 license at the time, though. [ I have used IDLs for other places, but not Oz ]

@PostOffice You closed down the proper PO and moved it into WHSmith with promises of extended hours (Sundays/eves) and then the hours have been whittled down until it is barely open and badly understaffed when it is. Then PO & WHS blame each other and customers are left stranded. Monopoly.

@Usps Yesterday I mailed a box with athletic shoes in it and paid $10.70. Today I mailed a folded piece of cloth in a small envelope weighted 4.2 ounces and they charged me $5.20!! WTF! #highwayrobbery #postoffice #FAIL 🤬

@guypl @PostOffice @RevolutApp I highly suspect that would be a recipe for disaster for Mrs B. :-( I seriously doubt Mrs B's phone is entirely safe, with the time she spends on FB etc. :-( It took a visit to the main PO in CMK to sort out the card. She was the 10th that day with the exact same issue.

ONLY A WEEK before @PostOffice close down our thriving, vital PO on #Haworth Main St in the home of the #bronte family.. apparently our existence is 'detrimental' to the useless PO counter in the Co-op. There's a need for both here. Community values, much, @coopuk ? Please R/T
