@PostOffice Thanks, Stephen. Please do. They seriously need training and need to feel, and realise, they're part of an organisation that has rules and customer service standards.

@PostOffice No change giving card apparently. Did have our new business bank account debit card and ID. Other local business owners having issues too. Really not a good service. Difficult enough to post a letter there some days. We dread our daily visit. It should not be like this?

Staff at Kendal @PostOffice equally unhelpful and patronising. Almost as if you're under orders to make the public service unusable so the nazti party can try to justify selling the last bit off to chums. That's what they did with railways, utility companies, post office

@PostOffice just wanted to say the Post Office service in @WHSmith Shrewsbury today was awful. Used self-service facility but found you can't get postage labels after you've paid till someone comes (eventually) to log in and then print them for you. WHY?? Its self service! 1/2

@PostOffice @StevieMetal66 Maybe take it down as it does appear a bit fickle and glib at best, considering there are a growing many that want rid of the Royals completely
