Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
