    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    @OfficialNolay @santanderuk 🤨 last thing I need. I better check... I've had problems with cashpoints not accepting my card (even a new one they sent out after one actually ate it!) It just won't go in! I haven't tried this new card yet probably gonna have the same problem coz it's as flimsy as the others

    @santanderuk hi been on the phone for 23 minutes trying to sort out an issue that can only be dealt with directly . Tried the chat , online etc all referring me back to the human touch .

    @santanderuk Santander UK, I received this text & an email - Santander A/C ending **** went into Unarranged Overdraft on 2021-10-23. Payments could be refused if you don't pay enough money into your account. There’s no reason it should be is this one of the issues? Or should i be concerned?

    @santanderuk I have had no food in since card declined last Monday. For vulnerable people who can’t ask family for help it’s truly inconvenient .
