Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

Customer service is so rude. We even flew to London and went into a branch over the summer with documents. Still refused!

On the phone for 45 mins to try and access it via post office because daily limit is £250. Absolutely useless! Think I’ll withdraw it all and leave!
