    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I was on the phone for 100m to remove a block on my account. It was a regular payment. This is not acceptable. Your web chat team did not help and need more training. As a result, I will be closing my account as coupled with the batch closures, if both the internet/physical

    @santanderuk you contact me to make me aware of some suspicious activity on my account, block my card and ask me to call you. Been on hold for the best part of an hour so far this is ridiculous

    @santanderuk Has anyone else had problems with Santander rejecting payment to and existing mandate and then blocking your account for a 48 hour review period? Also waiting literally hours to speak to their security team? Truly terrible customer service :((
