    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    Due to complete tomorrow but @santanderuk had a last minute request before releasing funds and now being told our family including our toddler may end up homeless because will still need to leave our house, help somebody #santander

    9 days without access to my @santanderuk accounts. 9 days of listening to their hold music and not getting through to anyone. Today I can finally make it into one of their banks - half term and can therefore make their inconvenient hours. New bank recommendations welcome…

    @santanderuk how ridiculous. Have an urgent fraud enquiry to resolve and been on hold for 45 minutes having passed security! Talk about the poorest customer service ever

    What a surpise! Cut off again after 30 minutes. Advised to call another number. "The call centre is now closed"! What sort of customer service is this? @santanderuk

    Was on hold with @santanderuk for an hour before the phone started ringing then went to a voicemail. Now trying to get through again, all while being locked out of the account with no other way to resolve the issue.
