It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.
